Im a mess (chapter 1)

Bethany's POV

I wake up and the sun is gleaming through my drapes in my room through my glass window. I get up and walk over to my dresser and grab my panic at the disco crew neck red jeans and I put on my tan Uggs and grab my bag.Unfortunately I have to go to work today I work at stop and shop and I hate it but I need the money. I run down the stairs and grab my car keys and run out the door to my jeep and I get in and start the car, I drive about 15 minutes to work and I briskly walk into the building because I'm almost late. I walk in and walk straight to the back so I can clock in and in my head I'm just saying as I walk "I hate this so much" repeatedly. I go to my original register and I ring up this old sweet lady and then help her put her bags in her cart. Then I see this boy he was so cute and he was on my line, my luck right and then he starts putting his items down and I begin ringing them up as he stares at me. And I drop a few things, oh Im so sorry im a mess today, "no its alright your a cute mess" and i cant help but giggle and he slips me a small peice of paper with his name and number on it. "Call me" he whispers and he winks at me and walks out of the store,I slip the note in my pocket and look around making sure nobody noticed. The entire day I didnt even function correctly,i just wanted to text him. As soon as my shift ends I grab my bag and my phone and I clock out, I run to my car and drive the 15 minuites it takes to get home. My parents are never home there either at work or on business trips. So Im always alone, I grabed the note he gave me and I dial his number and he has that sleepy voice. But its so adorable, hey its me that girl from the store Bethany Crookes your Crawford right?. "ohhh yeah and yeah aha" and his voice inmediataly sounds more interested. "you wanna hangout? Or something?" yeah sure want to come over? "sure just text me your adress" Okay see you in a few I hang up and send him the quick text. Then I excitedly run up the stairs and put on a red crop top leggings and straighten my hair better, and I hear knocking on the door. I run down the steps and open the door and its Crawford "hey beautiful" I look down as I lightly smirk, come in and I grab his wrist and pull him inside. I shut the door and we both lay on the couch and I turn on Netflix.

Crawford's POV

I'm nervous about hanging out with her what if she doesn't like me? What if she already likes someone? Me and her lay on the couch and I put my arm around her and she gets tense, are you alright? And she smiles "yeah I'm fine" but I can tell she is nervous. Are you sure? "Yeah, so tell me about yourself" and she turns her body towards me,I'm seventeen, Im not really anything special, I love to explore and try new things, and just an easy go lucky guy. And i think that your really cute,and shes giggles "Thankyou" and she smiles at me. So tell me about yourself now.

Bethannys POV

Well Im sixteen I spend most of my time alone my parents are always on business trips so in kinda got used to being alone all the time and learning to live on ramen noodles and microwave dinners. I have only a few close friends but thats okay, and i love animals. "i have a question, how come your single?" I dont know nobody finds me apealing i guess haha, he deeply looks into my eyes and he just looks like hes seen the most beautiful thing ever. And he leans in and grabs me and our lips conected and it almost felt like eachothers lips were made to fit perfectly in eachother and they move in sync. I was never really comftorable with guys because i always believed they were assholes, but for some reason I felt safe around Crawford I felt like he wouldn't hurt me and wasn't like other guys. He slowly stops kissing me but still holds me up by my back, he whispers in my ear "your a little more then just appealing to me sweetie" oh my god it sent chills down my spine and made goose bumps. "Well now I know your a good kisser" and he pulls me closer and tries kissing me again. But right before your lips connect I hear thunder and jump a little "haha that was so adorable" and he pulls me closer and I'm basically on his lap he is sitting up but I'm still straddling him. He deepens the kiss by pushing his tongue in my mouth, we were having one of those moments when we were as close as possible but we wanted to be closer so we're just there in the couch holding onto each other.He has his hands on my hips and I had my hand on his face and I can feel his heart beating,that's how close we are and I'm absolutely loving it.

Crawford's POV

She is so beautiful, and she seems like she likes me too and the lights start flickering. She stops and looks up and the lights flash off, she looks at me and starts laughing and gets up "I'm gonna go get the candles from my room" and grabs her phone as a flash light. A few minutes later she comes back with a basket with a bunch of candles, and set them on the table and lights 3 of them. Then she lays in my lap and looks up at me and smiles, do you want me to stay here tonight? "If you want to stay your more then welcome" only if you want me to, she shakes her head yes and smiles at me. And she grabs my hand and holds onto it with both of her hands, I know I just met her a few hours ago but I think I'm starting to like her a lot. I look at her face and she is sleeping, I blow out the candles and carry her up to her bedroom. And I tuck her in and kiss her forehead, I walk downstairs into the living room and lay in the chair that reclines. I slowly fall asleep, I wake up about an hour later and the power is still out. I get up to get a glass of water then I lay back down and just think about what happened tonight. I start hearing whimpering, then it suddenly turns to screaming I run up the steps and run to her room she's sitting up in her bed and she's crying. I sit next to her are you okay? What happened? She isn't really making clear sentences "I..had a..bad dream" as she sobs in between words. I lay next to her in her bed and hold her and eventually she falls asleep along with me too.
