CHAPTER - 15

AUTHOR'S POV

Lopa was dancing like a peacock. Everyone in the room forgot to even blink their eyes when she was dancing. At the end she started doing her Chakras. She was about to take 100 Chakras. But when she was doing her 60th Chakra.

"STOP", Agastya shouted on top of his voice. Lopa looked at him in shock breathing heavily.

"Why did you stop her?", Onkar asked him questioningly.

"What the hell she is dancing? I totally didn't like her performance. As a sports secretary, I have the right to vote for cultural secretary too. I am casting my vote to Ekiya", Agastya said coldly.

Lopa ran from there immediately as fast as she could. Dayita, Teerth, Wridhiesh and Onkar were extremely disappointed at Agastya.

"This is so unfair Agu, just because you want Ekiya to be cultural secretary you can't do this to her", Dayita said.

"I thought you will stand up for the right man. I didn't think that you will go to this extent to make Ekiya win", Teerth looked extremely disappointed.

"I don't know even what to say", Wridhesh said.

"The post of cultural secretary goes to Ekiya Irani", Principal announced. Ekiya looked extremely happy and she came near Agastya.

"Thank you so much for casting your votes for me Agu", Ekiya said happily and gave him a hug.

"Just for getting this hug from you he had cast his votes to you", Onkar said harshly.

Dayita gave him a look not to go any further. Onkar stopped on talking more.

"Why are you always harsh on me Onki?", Ekiya asked him.

"First of all stop calling me Onki, only my friends call me that. When you call me as Onki I feel like someone calling me as donkey and secondly, I am always harsh on people who win by double standard methods", Onkar said looking at Agastya the second point.

"I never used any kind of double standard method Mr. Onkar", Ekiya raised her voice. Onkar clapped very loudly.

"Listen here people, everyone in this room knows that Agastya has crush on you not only him most of the boys in our school. You think they all voted for your dance. "A BIG NO" Miss Ekiya Irani. Snap out from your dream, they voted you because of your beauty and the way you dress. Not for your dance. This school's best dancer is still Lopa only", Onkar said and immediately a slap landed on him.

"Do you even know what are you talking about a girl Onki?", Agastya asked him.

"Do you even know what you did with Lopa, Agu?", Onkar asked him. Agastya and Onkar started fighting. That was their first fight in all these years. They were like the best buddies in the whole group. Though Teerth and Wridhesh were there, Onkar and Agastya had a unique bond.

Teerth and Wridhesh made them both to stay away from fight.

"Agu please don't fight with your friends because of me", Ekiya said sobbing. "It is not because of you Eki", Agastya said and was about to continue further Onkar continued "Yea it is not because of you, it is because of himself. Because of his blind crush on you", saying this Onkar left.

The whole day they didn't even talk to each other. Lopa and Dayita went to home saying bye to Onkar, Wridhesh and Teerth. None made attempt to talk with Agastya. Ekiya was the only one who was speaking with him the whole day. But he was just listening to her talk but didn't reciprocate much.

They all returned to their home. The next day was Onkar's birthday. All his friends planned a surprise birthday party for him. Since it was Saturday and leave for them, it was an additional bonus. Teerth called Agastya and said him about the plan to which he agreed. Teerth and Wridhesh thought this may even sort out the problem between them. Lopa and Dayita planned everything, they already spoke to Neela (Onkar's mother) about everything and asked her to take Onkar somewhere away the whole day to which she agreed.
