It was already March third

It was already March third. I'd remember the two asking to spend another night here, basically bribing me because they were too drunk to move, and there's no way they could drive in that condition. Yesterday, we played a lot of games during the day, and I also payed for dinner for them.. I shouldn't have.

"God damnnn," I woke up from a headache. I sat up from the couch, rubbing my head. I looked at my watch on my arm, seeing it was already 1PM. The other two had already left. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, wash my face, and a change of clothes. I went to my bedroom, picking out a backpack for tomorrow.

I stuffed some clothing in there, and a lot of water. 'Would they hand out water there? Or food?' I thought to myself.. I decided I'd cook early in the morning for a few lunches. I went downstairs and hopped onto my couch. I yawned, turning on something to watch on netflix.

-

'March fourth, march fourth, march fourth,' I repeated in my head as I rushed downstairs to cook my meal(s). I grabbed a few lunch boxes, stuffing them with food and water. I set them in my backpack, struggling to zip up the bag. I put the bag on, leaving my house. I'd decided to walk there, it's not far. Besides, I can't trust people to take care of my car.

I walked down a few blocks to the airport, where Machi would meet me. I found her sitting at a coffee table, laughing at how tired I was from the walk. "D-did you buy the tickets, I don't have them," I asked her as she shook her head. I then realized what she'd want me to do. "Machi, no," I said, slowly backing away, "I'm not a thief.."

"C'mon, y/n, you have the ability. All you need to do is conjure a random weapon, go invisible, and just sneak in," she whispered, pushing me in the direction. "Fine," I huffed, walking on my own. I sighed, putting my hands behind my back, conjuring a random weapon I could.

She waved goodbye, as I went around an isolated corner, going invisible instantly. I had a limited time to stay invisible, so I'd have to go in quickly. I slowly went around the sensors, behind the security guards and past towards the aircrafts.

"The aircraft to Zaban city is leaving in exactly 30 minutes, please begin boarding," I heard an announcement. I quickly took place in line, trying not to squish in between people. Others who were sitting, waiting for their turn to get in line, had different types of bags, weapons and such. I'd only assume some were going to take the exam too.

--

The flight was finally over, and I managed to get out without being noticed by the security guard. Outside the airport, was a large town. Many people were selling things and such. I walked down until I found a small group of people.

There was a guy, which appeared to be showing the three around the area, or assisting them. One of them was tall, he had a brief case in his hand, and a suit on. I'd only assume he was going to an important meeting or job interview.  Then there was a little boy with black spikey hair. He had a large smile on his face, looking around at the cool things in the area.

My eyes slowly widened looking at the third person. He was somewhat tall, he had blonde hair with beautiful grey eyes. He was smiling at the little boy's energetic self. "Gon, let's go," he said as the boy with black hair responded by following. The blonde's voice was soft, and relaxing.

His entire self just reminded me of the male from my dreams. The same hair and eyes, perhaps a different style of clothing, but it felt like him. The way his voice came out smoothly, making me able to fall asleep just hearing him. I had an urge to follow him, knowing where he was going, talking to him.

'No, y/n, you have to find the hunters exam spot,' the voice in my head reminded me. I stopped for a second, thinking about what's more important. 'Maybe he knows where it is,' I said in my head, confidently following him.

I tried to not stand out, truly looking as if I was following him. Since we were still in busy streets, I'd stop at some stands, to 'look' at some things. Although, the moment he got far, I tried to catch up. As they went to the areas where there were less people, I went into an alleyway, going invisible.

I got the closest I could, without them noticing me, assuming they don't know nen. "Here's where the hunters exam is!" the guide explained to them. They walked into a restaurant, going to the back. There was a door open, the three walking in. I slowly took off my shoes, not wanting them to squeak on accident.

I quickly shuffled to the room, entering the moment it was being closed. I stood against the wall, trying not to breathe too loud. "So, Gon, why do you want to be a hunter?" the blonde boy asked the spikey hair boy. The blonde and taller one began to argue.

"Why the hell does it matter..." I whispered to myself, rolling my eyes at the childish two. "FOR THE MONEY," the taller one said. I snickered as the blonde called him a "money grubber". They moved around the table, as they wanted to look the little boy in the eye.

I tried to move away to another corner, when the blonde one looked up, staring at the walls. "Someone's in here," he said, pulling out his weapon. He walked to where I was, as I moved to the corner silently. "Perhaps not," he said. I mentally sighed. As I blinked for a split second, the blonde boy already towered the corner I was hiding in.

He had one hand against the wall, holding onto the stick-pair he had. "Who's here," he questioned, seriousness in his eyes. I refused to say anything until the Blonde spoke up once again. "Leorio, can I borrow your knife, please?" he asked, not looking away from the area I was in.

"Alright, alright," I said. He was taken back at my feminine voice. I dropped my weapon, coming visible once again. He stepped back, noticing I had a weapon with me. He looked me in the eyes as I looked directly at his. "Why are you following us?" he asked, noticing the weapon disappear once I fully came visible. "Well, I-" I was interrupted by the door open. I didn't take notice it was an elevator to begin with. "We'll continue this later," he said as the four of us stepped out.

"Hey, what's your name?" the boy with black hair asked me with a smile. 'How is this kid not freaked out' I mentally asked. "Er- um.. I'm y/n," I said as he also introduced himself. "I'm Gon freecess!" he stuck his hand out to shake mine. "Gon, don't talk to strangers, we don't know her intentions," the blonde said. "Well, maybe being nice would change her mind of intentions on hurting us," he said.

"HURTING YOU?" I questioned, "no no no, I only wanted to find the Hunters exam place.. I overheard you guys knowing where it is so I kinda.. followed you," I looked at the blonde boy. He sighed and said, "Alright. I'm Kurapika, and this is Leorio," he pointed to the taller male. "Hey, Kurapika, Leorio, and Gon."
