Making grief good
Or just Understood
Hoping like I should
For whatever I could
Holding on
Making tears sweet
Laying them at Jesus' feet
Finding someone to meet
me here
Letting go of the "why"
Letting myself cry
Letting the sobbing cease
Letting the should've
Decease
and die
Trying and pushing through
Thinking of what I can do
To just hold out
One more day
And pray
For something good to come from such a grief
