"Charlie! Are you ready?", I shouted from the main door of our house.
"You already know she's not, why do you keep on asking?", Haley laughed.
"Because she's supposed to be ready in 5 minutes, and I'm afraid she'll be late as usual and we'll miss the flight".
"We've never missed a flight before because of Charlie being late, Brooke, relax", Maddie told me.
"There's always a first time for everything, Mad", Kirsten said.
"Don't call me that".
"Haley's fault for calling you that when we first met", Kirsten and I laughed.
"Here I am!", Charlie exclaimed, coming in with her luggage. "Shall we go?", she asked me, as I nodded. We hugged the girls goodbye and left the house.
"Have fun girls!", Maddie shouted as we jumped into the car.
"Enjoy New York!", Kirsten said.
"Be careful!"
"Yes, Mummy Hales!", Charlie said, waving goodbye.
"You ready girls?", Josh asked, as he started the engine of the car.
"Yes we are!"
"Thank you for taking us to the airport, Josh. We'll buy you some gifts in New York", I told him.
"You know I'm always here for you girls, even if it's just to take you to the airport", he smiled. We made only one stop to buy some drinks, since Charlie complained she was thirsty. Not that I was going to decline it either.
"Brooke, take a picture of this moment. Going to New York to see our boys playing in Madison Square Garden isn't something that happens everyday", Charlie said, so I took out my phone to take a picture of us. When I showed it to her, she said, "it's really cute, ain't it? Tweet it, please".

"Here we are girls", Josh said. We took the luggage out of the car and he went with us to the check in point. "Take care girls, must be one of the first times you go to America without me", he said, hugging us both.
"Aww Josh, don't get sentimental", Charlie told him. Then we got in the plane.
"It's gonna be great. I can't wait to see how excited the boys are", I said.
"Yes, they must be really nervous. Just imagine us everytime in Wembley and multiply it for 5", she laughed.
