I walk out to the woods and wait as the setting sun turns the sky a beautiful hue of pink, it's only seven o clock "hello?" A twig snaps and I spin around "I know you're here. Tell me what you want or I'll kick your ass!"
"Well well aren't you feisty? You were always a little hot headed ally"
"What are you talking about?" I ask, putting up my fists and prepare to unleash my secret weapon.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about, I've known you as long as you can remember. You should recognize me by now" a figure slowly walks out "after all, i am your father" a tall man in his early forties walk out of the shadows "I came to say hello" he runs and grabs me
"Hey! Help! Someone help me!!" I shout as loud as I can
"I'm taking you home" he tightens his grip around my stomach
"Word to the wise, never attack a science experiment" I punch the man is the stomach and get out of his grip
"Another piece of advice, never assume that you're alone" a large group of people who's ages vary from 18 to 40 walk out of the trees
"I didn't want to have to do this" I crack my fingers "but you leave me no choice" I fling my arms up and down and large weights attached to chains appear in my hands "I told you" I say when his eyes widen "science experiment" I swing the weights around and knock out almost half the group out. The other half runs away "now about my secret" I walk up to the man and lift him up by the neck "it will stay exactly that, a secret. You will never bother me again" I drop the man and walk to the place where I'm supposed to meet Maximus.
"You're here early" Maximus says, leaning against a tree
"so are you"
"Have you decided?" I look to the side "you haven't"
"I just don't know, I only just met you and-"
"I get it, you feel pressured to say yes. How about if we meet at the ball by chance then we see what happens"
"Sounds great" i smile
"You'd better get ready darling, the ball is tonight" I tense up
