The walk back to the house is filled with nothing but silence. Everyone is slightly shaken by the encounter with the Dauntless guy.

Honestly so am I.

My mind is swarming with images of him. His shining blue eyes and the Divergent symbol he painted on the wall. This is making me think that maybe he isn't Dauntless. Maybe he is Divergent? Maybe he is like me.

We say goodbye to our parents and the three of us break off in a different direction towards our house.

The whole walk home I felt like Susan wanted to ask me something but being her usual nervous self she hung back and didn't say a word.

As soon as we got home I rushed into the kitchen and started cooking some soup for dinner. Not long after Susan came in and started helping me.

"Do you know him?" She asked as she chopped up some carrots.

"No." I quickly reply.

"That is not what it looked like," She scoffed," You said it's you again."

She slides the carrots into the boiling water.

"Remember the test day when you helped me clean up my wound?"

"Yeah."

"Well the guy we saw earlier was the  same guy who accidentally ran into me."

Her mouth slightly falls open and her eyes widen with realization.

"Wait he had a mask on how did you know it was the same guy?"

At the unexpected sound of Robert's voice, Susan and I jump back and let out small screams.

"Robert!" Susan yells at him. Her face pinched in anger.

"Sorry I got so caught up in listening to the conversation I forgot to announce my presence." He apologized.

"Well don't do it again." I sighed after my speeding heart had calmed down a bit.

"Will do," His lips twist into a small smile as he lifts himself onto the countertop," But seriously how did you know it was the same guy?"

"His eyes."

"His eyes?" Susan asks not at all sounding convinced by my answer.

"Yeah, he has these bright blue eyes that are hard to forget."

"Okay well, I'm sorry if I was acting horribly towards you." Susan gave me a small smile.

"Susan you couldn't be terrible to someone if you tried."

" I can be terrible to people." Susan insisted.

"No, you can not." Robert chuckled.

" I can."

"Sis don't be like this okay it is a good quality to have." Robert said.

"Whatever." Susan rolls her eyes.

Robert and I glance at each other trying our best not to laugh.

"I really can be mean." Susan mumbles.

That broke the floodgates amd Robert and I allowed our laughter to consume us. Robert nearly fell off his chair and I was bent over clutching my aching stomach.

"Okay no, I can't." Susan smiled.

And soon we were all laughing together.

Orange and yellow rays of the sun come streaming in through my bedroom window. I groaned as I slip out from under my warm blankets.

I glance at the clock next to my bed.

07:30

Great only thirty minutes to get ready!

Quickly grabbing a fresh set of clothes I bolt towards the bathroom where I had a very quick shower.

Because we all woke up so late we didn't have time for breakfast. My stomach growls as we ran to the hall to receive our assignments for the day.

Picking up speed I rush past Susan and Robert and push through the crowd towards the assignment board.

I found our group assignment and went back to the others.

"We are helping feed the factionless today." I told the group.

We met up with Fredrick the man who leads the groups to the factionless center, we went to the garage where the cars are kept and we drove to the factionless center.

It has been such a long time since I've been in a car. Not many Abnegation members have cars, the only two people who have cars are Mr.Black and Marcus. And even they don't use them as much.

The factionless center is a large broken-down building. To many people, it would look very daunting.

Dirty, scruffy factionless people draped in all the different colours wander around scratching through any bin they could find searching for something to eat.

We find a safe place to park and quickly hop out and unload the large boxes packed with the food parcels the other members put together last night.

We follow Frederick into the building.

I have never seen the inside of the building before so I was shocked at the sight before me.

Hundreds of people flocked the building. The bottom rooms by the floor looked like all the schools and those things while the upper levels were all the apartments.

Adults and children looked at us with hungry and pleading eyes. A little group of children followed us at our heels reaching their tiny fingers towards the box.

As soon as we reach the food room we rip open the boxes and start handing out the food parcels.

People bunch around us like bees to honey. Grabbing any parcel they could. They pushed each other out of the way. The unlucky one who was shoved was swallowed into the crowd.

"This is sad." Susan whispers to me as we walk to every apartment and left a food parcel by the door.

"Yeah," I mumble as I set down my last food parcel.

"We are so lucky that we have a warm home and access to running water and food."

"Yeah."

"And these poor children they didn't ask for any of this and the city will never give them the chance their parents or grandparents had when they got to choose."

"Wow, I never thought about that. They should get the chance to choose. Anyway, I'm going to go see if we have any more parcels in the car."

"Okay."

I run out of the building past all the people looking at me for any leftover food back towards the car.

I pop open the boot and as it swung open I noticed a tall figure moving out of the corner of my eye.

"Who's there!" I call out into the trees.

The figure tried to hide in the bushes but miserably failed.

"I can see you."

The figure grunts as they come out from the hiding spot.

It is the mysterious blue-eyed man, again.
