(72) Finally Over

Taehyung's POV

Everyone was now sitting in the living room. Lee finished telling what he told us to the hyungs and now there was a pin drop silence. Nobody knew what to say, this new revelation was really shocking for everyone.

"Can we hear the recordings?" Yoongi hyung broke the silence.

Lee nod his head and took out his phone. He played the recording and we listened to it attentively.

'I can't continue this deal. I can't kill Kim Jungkook. That's it' It was Lee's voice.

'Why?' Asked a very annoying voice, Eunji.

'I have my personal reason, I just can't so I'm breaking this deal weather you like it or not'

'Arghhh! You piece of shit. I'll kill you for p-" Eunji couldn't complete the call as Lee disconnected the call.

"Umm it was really short" Jimin said nervously.

"I don't like to waste my time on useless things" Lee answered casually.

"Okay, so what's next?" I asked.

"Call the cops and tell them everything, we have the evidence as well" Lee replied with a really calm expression.

"Okay we're going with this, simple" Koo said and looked at me.

I pecked his forehead and turned to Namjoon hyung, he understood and got up to call his older brother.

Namjoon hyung's brother is in the police so it will be a help for us.

Namjoon's POV

I called my hyung and he answered it really quick.

"Hyung, we need your help" I said coming straight to the point.

"We?" He asked.

"Yes, actually ........." I explained everything to him from the very start.

I heard a sigh from the other side of the phone.

"Send me the number from which the assassin contacted that girl. We need to track her location first also I'm sending 4 of my team members for protection"

"Okay, thanks hyung" I said and hung up. I went back to the others.

"Lee-shi, can you send me Eunji's number. The police needs to track her location" I said politely.

He nod his head and sent me the number. I quickly sent the number to my hyung.

"Also 4 cops will be here soon for protection" I informed everyone and the others nod their heads in acknowledgement.

Jungkook's POV

I was still thinking about Eunji and this whole assassin thing. How can someone be so obsessed over someone that they are ready to kill.

The doorbell went off and I got up to open the door but Namjoon hyung was already there talking to 4 cops.

"They are here for protection" I turned to the voice.

It was Jimin hyung and Hoseok hyung beside him. I went to them and they dragged me to the kitchen.

"Are you okay Kookie?" Jimin hyung asked.

"I don't know how to feel about all this hyung" I sighed.

"It's okay Kook, we all know it's hard especially for you" Hoseok hyung rubbed my back, for comfort.

"What happened?" A new voice interrupted.

"Nothing hubby" He nod his head but he was still not convinced by my Nothing.

"Jin hyung took Ji-hoonie to the kids room to get him changed" He informed and I nod my head.

"Jiminie, Hoseokie will you both tell me what's wrong?" Taehyung asked.

"Nothing hyung, Kookie is just still in daze with everything going on" Hoseok hyung explained.

Taehyung sighed and came to me. He hugged me close to him and I gladly hugged him back.

"I know it's hard for you baby but it'll over soon" He said softly and I nod my head.

"I love you" I said but my voice was muffled because my face was pressed in his neck.

"I love you too baby" He replied and pecked my forehead.

We went back to the living room and Namjoon hyung suddenly yelled.

"SHE'S ARRESTED. IT'S FINALLY OVER!!"

I was really happy to hear that. My kids, my hubby and my hyungs everyone is safe now.

I hugged Taehyungie tightly and he hugged back more tightly. He picked me up a little and spun me around. I was giggling and I could hear the hyungs laughing loudly. Jin hyung also came back and he was also squealing in happiness.

Taehyungie put me down and looked at the police officers. We both went to them and thanked them for their help.

I noticed Lee hyung silently watching everything with a small smile. I dragged Taehyungie with me to him.

"Thank you for helping us hyung. I hope we could meet again and be good friends in future" I said bowing in front of him.

"Thank you" Taehyung said and bowed too.

"No need to thank me guys. I really hope we can see each other again in future but on a good note" He said.

"You probably will get a decrease in your punishment years of prison because you have done a good job protecting someone, Lee" One of the officers said with a smile as he cuffed Lee hyung.

He nod and bowed to all of us before walking away with the cops.

I sighed, feeling contented.

'It's finally over'
