First Practice (part 2)

Adrian pov

I just laid down on my back, it was over. The person who threw the exsplosives went to walk out but stoped next to me "need a hand?" He asked "yeah that would be helpful" and he extended an arm and helped pull me up. "Good throw" and we just shared laughed. "Well you made quite a good one man push" he said looking over to were I entered. "Yeah it didnt end well" I looked back at my attempt to defuse the second bomb "hey you tried atleast" he replied. As we reached the stairs a voice came from behind "good shot" I turned back to see a female holding a shotgun, "but you have to admit that you being dropped down to the floor by your own gun is funny".

"Yeah I guess that was kinda funny" it was kinda funny I guess. "Well the name is Meghan but just call me Valkyrie" she said "and Im pulse or Jack in real" the man behind me added "Fallout, or just Adrian" I said in reply as we exited the building. Ahead the other attacking operatives were sitting down in place were we were at before. They where mostly quiet and not engauging in much conversation.

When I arrived they all looked up to me "you did well" fuze said. Then Harry walked up "good job Fallout, you suprised me with your approach to that situation. You took the opertunity of distraction on the first bomb being defused to defuse the second yourself" I felt a pride in me, I must have impressed allot of people then. "You will be a great asset to Team Rainbow" Thermite added as he pulled of his helmet and goggles.

"However I feel you will need better skill with the other team and combat situations. Once then you will be deployed on missions" Harry said once again before fastwalking back to his office maybe. I pulled off the hood to my mask along with the mask as I sat down with my face gently aitting in my hands, sweat dripping from my hair landed on the ground quietly as i reflect on the situation. Fuze stayed with me cooling off as the others went back to the locker room.

"What happend to your face" fuze asked blindly, in shock I just stayed quiet but I had to reply "courtesy of white mask chemical bombs". Fuze nodded and it went back into silence again, so I pulled my mask back on and walked to the locker rooms to get out of this sweaty suit.

Quick time skip because im lazy

I walked out of the locker room now in some better cloaths. I pointlessly walk around until I see Tachanka "[hey how are you going]" Tachanka looks over to me "[ahh yes Im fine, you did well in practice, you confused us quite a bit with your manual defuse]" he let out a laugh "[the confusion on the other's faces when they heard that one bomb has been defused whilst the defuser was still activated]". "[That must have been priceless]" a grin formed on my face with a chuckle under my breath.

"[Your lucky it was a bomb situation, I would have cleaned you right up on the field]" Tachanka said with a laugh "[is that a threat now or a joke]" and Tachanka gave me a large grin "[take your pick]". We kept walking and talking to each other when someone walked past with Harry wearing a leather jacket, some jeans, simple white shirt and joggers. "[I wonder who he is]" Tachanka glanced back "[must be new operator]" he said.

"[Wait I remember a girl saying that there was a new operator, well I guess Im not too out of place now]" Tachanka looked at me for a second but he went back to focusing on whats ahead of us. "[Well I need a shower, see you later comrade]" Tachanka nodded and gave me a wave as I made my way to my quarters. What a significant day at least.
