Nearly the entire palace was in disarray. Vases and statues were destroyed, chairs reduced to splinters and tables barely salvageable. Servants, knights and the like all worked to keep the palace together and attempt to clean up, but their King was beyond destructive.

"Why the hell hasn't he been found yet!?" Echoed through the stone walls as the King's Knights were bowed and attempted to maintain their composure.

"Sire, we've searched all of your kingdom," a red headed man, captain of the guard, stepped closer to his King. "There's no where left to search unless we invade another kingdom."

The blond snarled, grabbing the man's collar and yanking him too close for comfort. "I don't care what you have to do, find my Omega!"

The throne room doors opened as a blond and ravenette rushed in.

"Your majesty!" The blond waved, one of the few brave enough to gain the King's attention. "I have a lead on Izuku!"

The King released his Captain and, turned his glare to one of his best knights. Both the newly returned knights dropped to their knees before him, bowing before continuing.

"Izuku had been seen traveling on foot with his mother and another mysterious person over the boarder. My source couldn't identify this person, but gave a good enough description for an artist."

The King scowled, taking the parchment handed to him. He unfolded the paper and growled. "I fucking knew it. He's been kidnapped. Taken! Because my guards are fucking incapable of doing their goddamn jobs!" He threw the paper down and dropped into his throne rather ungracefully.

The red head the nodded to the others knights, excusing them. Only the three stayed.

"Thank you for the information, Denki," the red head sighed, patting his shoulder.

Denki nodded. "It took forever to find someone who had seen something, but... We got something on where Izuku could be."

The King growled deeply. "No, we don't. We have a person saying that they only saw him. What if they hadn't really seen him? What if they made it up? Even if they didn't make it up, where the hell were they taking Deku and his mother? Why the hell haven't I gotten a letter asking for ransom for Deku?"

Denki and the other two only shared slight glances.

"Sir," the ravenette spoke up. "The village was a two days ride from both Endeavour's kingdom and Shigaraki's... So it has to be one or the other."

Gritting his teeth, Katsuki ran a hand down his face. "Either could have taken him. Endeavour because he's a fucking sack of shit and will do anything to produce the best offspring or will do anything he can to make it so his kingdom doesn't rely on mine in someway... Shigaraki... Shigaraki is a dick willing to do anything to start a war."

Eijirou pursed his lips. "And we can't exactly declare war or ask to search their land when we have no proof either of them actually has Izuku... Without knowing who has him or who helped him over the border, we can't do anything..." He trailed, knowing they are still stuck in square one, even though they finally had information on the male Omega.

Katsuki gripped the arm of his throne, looking to the smaller one beside himself. The one his mother sat in. The one Izuku was meant to sit in.

He breathed deeply. "Sero, Denki, Eijirou..." The three straightened up, hands behind their backs. "Get someone to make copies of that," he gestured to the picture he had thrown, "and spread it around the kingdom. Someone had to have seen him before and someone has to know something about him..."

The three saluted, Sero grabbing the parchment before they made their way out of the throne room.

Several minutes of silence pass before Katsuki manages to raise himself out of his throne. He never walked with the greatest of poise, but he walked through his halls with his eyes forward and shoulders back.

He didn't have to think about where he was going, just knew he had to be there.

Katsuki slowly opened the door to Izuku's bedroom and closed it behind himself.

The room was messy, just as much as the rest of his palace. The bedcovers were strewn over the bed and hanging off, clothes and such scattered about the floor. Furniture was slightly out of place, but out of place enough that Katsuki knew something was very, very wrong.

He visibly drooped, sauntering to the bed. He sat on the edge, looking out the open terrace doors. The thin white curtains billowed in the breeze, birds chirping.

Katsuki wouldn't allow the staff in Izuku's room. He was afraid... Afraid if too many people were in there for too long, it would mask his Omega's scent.

The King grabbed the sheets and closed his eyes, pressing the fabric to his nose. The scent was already far too faint for his liking.

It terrified him knowing that it was possible he may never see the greenette again. He knew he did wrong by him time and time again.

In fact, Katsuki had thought that maybe Izuku had enough and ran from him.

But to know that he was taken...

Katsuki was determined to bring Izuku back home. He was going to right every wrong. He was going to make Izuku feel loved and safe.

Never again would he be the reason Izuku was scared or sad.
