Shoto walked with his hands behind his back, Tenya following him.

"Your father has sectioned time in your day to visit with Izuku." Tenya muttered, looking down at the papers in his hand.

"He's actually making time for me to spend with Izuku?" Shoto raised a brow, glancing back to his personal guard.

Tenya smiled and shrugged. "He's determined for you to 'fall in love,' I suppose. Izuku would birth a strong Alpha, garunteed. He really wants to make sure you'll take him as your breeder."

The prince huffed and rolled his eyes. "Classic father. He's such a prick."

The bluenette laughed and shook his head. "Well, I don't think you'll mind the break from your normal duties and Izuku won't mind the company," he mused, nodding to the guards to open the door ahead of them.

"I suppose not," Shoto sighed, walking outside with his guard.

Izuku stared intensely down at his bedcovers, tugging at them as well. Boredom tore at him from the inside out.

"Are you okay?"

The Omega jumped and looked up as the prince rushed over.

"Oh, Shoto!" Izuku sat up straight. "I'm okay, why?"

The prince raised a brow and slowly sat beside him. "You... You looked ready to burn the duvet..."

"Oh..." Izuku shifted and pushed the cover off of himself. "Sorry, just... I have nothing to do. I've been here for seven days and I have nothing to do. Talking to Ochako is fun, but she's only in here for a few minutes at a time. You can only be in here so much because you have your duties and the guards outside the door don't even acknowledge me."

Shoto sighed. "I can get you things, Izuku. Why didn't you tell me you were bored earlier?" He asked with a tilt of his head.

"Because I didn't want to bother you. You're so busy as the prince."

"Well, not anymore," Shoto chuckled softly. "My father has sectioned out portions of my days to spend plenty of time with you."

"He's really wanting you to pick me," Izuku mused, shuffling closer. "Will I be able to leave the room?" He watched the prince hopefully.

Shoto frowned slightly. "I doubt it... My father really wants to make sure you don't escape," he muttered softly.

Izuku sighed and looked down. "I guess I should have expected as much..."

The prince hummed, then looked back up. "I have an idea." He stood and started walking towards the door. "I'll have my servant bring you books and games."

The Omega quickly scrambled to his feet, confused by the prince's sudden change in attitude. "Wait- where are you going?"

"I need to speak to my father. I shouldn't be long." He looked back to Izuku before the door shut.

"You want the Omega to have more freedom?"

"Yes." Shoto confirmed, exasperated. He hated how difficult his father is.

Enji leaned back, nose scrunched. "Why? It gives the Omega opportunity to escape."

The prince sighed. "Or he'll fall in love with me faster." The King raised a brow. "If he feels trapped all the time, it'll be harder for us to fall in love... Whereas, if he's given some freedom... We may actually fall in love, father," he explained as best as he could without getting too frustrated.

The Emperor watched his son, then sighed, hunching forward with his elbows on the desk, fingers entwined. "I'll tell you what... If I can tell that he is truly falling in love with you as you wish for so much... I'll give him little freedoms at a time. First, he'll be allowed to walk the halls, guard accompanying him at all times. I notice more, he can be in your room... Alone. Next, he'll be allowed to walk the castle grounds- again, with a guard or you. Then see the city, guarded, and so on... Sound fair?"

Shoto squared his shoulders and nodded. "Yes, father. That is fair. Thank you."

Enji nodded and looked back down to his papers. "Now I have work to attend to, Shoto. You have things to do as well. Be on."

The prince huffed softly, but walked away without another word.
