Katsuki leaned back against the terrace railing elbows perched on his knees and fingers entwined as he stared into Izuku's room. He thought back to that night... When he saw the last glimmer go out in his lovely green eyes.

He pressed his thumbs to his lips as he thought about how in pain Izuku clearly was. How he bit his lip to the point of bleeding so he wouldn't tell the King to stop. He shouldn't have been so harsh. He should have been kind and gentle for Izuku's first.

But he had to fuck everything up... He had to keep Izuku from loving him. That was the best way to keep him safe.

Well, not as safe as he had thought.

Izuku was gone. Taken in the middle of the night when castle defences are at its weakest. Katsuki is a powerful King. Of course someone would take his future Queen.

All Katsuki needed to know is who has him and he'll kill them instantly. He'll bring Izuku home. Treat him as he should.

Izuku may not forgive him... Who is he kidding. Izuku is the most forgiving person Katsuki had ever met.

Even if Izuku didn't forgive him... Katsuki was going to do everything in his power to ensure he is safe. He's going to be with him every moment his duties will allow. He's going to give his mate the life he deserves.

"Your majesty?"

Katsuki blinked and looked up. When had Eijirou gotten there? "What is it..?"

The knight crouched in front of his King. "We... Still have no leads. Kiyoko Jirou and Mina Ashido both have sent word that there is no talk of a green haired, male omega..."

The blond breathed deeply, hands dropping. "There wouldn't be... Sounds like whoever has him is trying to keep it secret... Like they took him to get at me, but don't want to start a war."

Eijirou sighed. "I don't know, your majesty... What if... What if he truly did just... Run away..?" He asked, keeping his voice low. He tried not to flinch at the harsh glare shot at him.

"Wanna try that again, shitty hair?"

"I just- look, Bakugou, think about it. Izuku has been scared of you for a long time... Then he disappears in the middle of the night, just a few weeks after his heat that was two weeks after... The night." Katsuki looked away. Eijirou carded his fingers through his hair. "Both kingdoms he may or may not be in are boastful for their conquests and accomplishments... If Todoroki had him, he'd be announcing to the world he found his prized son the perfect Omega for heirs. If Shigaraki had him, he'd be carrying his head... Or... Worse..."

Katsuki flinched, not wanting to think about worse.

"The only thing that has you doubting that he ran is the man that had been seen escorting him and his mother close to the borders. There's no proof otherwise that he had been taken..." Eijirou was careful in how he spoke.

The King breathed deeply, tilting his head back. "I know... I know that and I just... I still need to find him... I need to bring him home and apologize. I need to know that he is safe... If he ran... If I discover he truly did leave on his own, I'll do whatever I can to make everything up to him..."

The knight only nodded, looking down. "Of course..."

Izuku fiddled nervously with the sheets between his fingers. He chewed on his lower lip, heart racing.

He breathed deeply, trying to collect every ounce of bravery he can as he heard footsteps approaching.

The door opened and he looked up to the prince.

Shoto tilted his head, noting the Omega's axiousness immediately. "Izuku, what's the matter?"

Izuku pursed his lips and straightened up. "I think... I'm ready, Shoto... I'll do it with you."
