Techno and Dream sat down and got straight to business.

"How'd the meeting with Tommy and Wilbur go?"

"I told them I'd help them take down Schlatt, but the second they start to recreate the government, they're done."

"Which they're obviously gonna try and do."

"Right, which is why I have everything to summon withers."

"Wait? Withers?" I asked looking between the two.

"You said you're on the side of chaos now and this is the path we're going down. Our plan is to make sure they have the numbers, we'll surrender, Schlatt leaves and then chaos ensues. Even Wilbur has something planned."

"Ah yes, the TNT he's planting."

"Dream, explain everything to me. Now."

"Basically, Wilbur and his "army" are going to be attacking, they obviously have numbers because everyone except for us, Punz, and Karl are against Schlatt at this point. Anyways, they're going to attack, we're going to surrender and Schlatt is probably going to take off. After that, we already know they're going to try and recreate the government and at that point, Techno is going to go on his tangent about whatever, and then we're going to unleash the withers and get the hell out of there. They're probably going to beat them though so that's when Wilbur is going to go off and do whatever he's got planned," Dream explained.

"In the end-" Techno began to say.

"Chaos ensues." I finished.

"Exactly. In the end, we have a plan and they have no idea what they're doing."

"Well, this is an unlikely alliance," I said looking to Techno.

"Yeah, I'm a little surprised after you just yelled at Wilbur and Tommy that I wasn't going to fix any of this. You seemed real against teaming with me."

"Well, maybe since I know what your plans are now and that I'm on the same side as you, that we're better off this way."

"Couldn't have said it better."

Dream smiled as he looked between the two of us.

"I've gotta go check on Wilbur though. (Y/n) wanna come and distract Tommy for a few hours?"

"Can't promise he's not mad at me, but sure."

"Alright come on then."

Techno and Dream walked in front of me to the door and I followed. When we walked outside, Dream locked the door behind us. Techno went off to go to "Techno things" as he said and Dream and I walked through town to make our way to Pogtopia. As we walked, Schlatt and Alex approached us.

"Hey, guys!" Alex said with a smile when he saw me.

"Hello, Quackity. Hello Schlatt," Dream said as I waved to Alex.

"Where are you two headed?" Schlatt asked, looking between Dream and I.

"I'm going to teach (y/n) the proper way to fight, we're going to be going to a clearing in the woods I found quite a bit a ways," Dream lied.

"Alright, have fun you two," Schlatt said chuckling as he and Alex walked off.

As we walked, I realized that my teaming with Dream meant I was going against Alex. Dream must've noticed I seemed a bit down because he stopped walking once we had crossed the town's border and turned to me.

"What's wrong kid?"

"It's stupid."

"Nothing is stupid."

"It's just, Alex is teaming with Wilbur and Tommy. He's not on our side Clay."

"Oh, Alex will love you no matter what happens. At the end of the day, you love him and he loves you, and that's it."

I sigh and look to Dream, "I hate when you're right."

"I know, now come on. You can go beat Tommy up some while I help Wilbur do whatever it is he's planning on doing to L'manburg."
