I turned on the other side of the bed and opened my eyes. I looked at the clock

I smirked and sat up on the bed. I pressed my back on the headboard and turned on the switch for my room lights but they did not light up like every morning making my eyebrows touch. I turned it off and turned on again but nothing happened
"What the fuck?" I said getting annoyed
I tied my hair into a messed up bun and got out of the bed. I walked towards my bathroom and tried to turn on the lights but nothing happened making me even more angry

My eyes widen when I saw that the whole corridor which used to be light up by bright light is dark and dense as if no human ever stepped in this house. Why do I feel like a thief is here? Is he?
