(Eddie's P.O.V)

"So.. we're watching Call Me By Your Name?"

I sit beside Narrator on my beanbag. All the lights were off, the light of the T.V and lit candles being the only form of illumination.

And, admittedly, it was pretty nice.

The movie had an interesting plot, but I had one problem. I kept wanting to cry. It was too much for me sometimes, and I was one hundred percent sure I'd break. I kept choking on my words every time I wanted to speak, my eyes teared up and ached, and my heart just sunk, as if it was trying to tease me for everything I'd managed to uphold.

"Hey.. dawg, I'm sorry.. but-"

My words clogged up again.

"I.."

Narrator is now looking at me with clear confusion.

"I need a minute.."

And then I feel warm hands on my back. It's Narrator, hugging me with a tight grip and lifting me slightly so I feel my legs dangling down.

"Eddie, it's okay.."

I lock eyes with him, almost being hypnotised by how pretty his eye colour shined in the light.

"Men can cry. Don't hold it in anymore. And I'm not saying this because I'm Mr. Wholesome Man, but I'm saying it because I'm telling you the truth. Just because we're men, it doesn't make us any lesser of emotional beings. And I know, Gabriella said otherwise, but we shouldn't listen to the shit she speaks sometimes, she needs to save it for the toilet!"

I couldn't help but laugh while letting the water drip down my cheeks. But, subconsciously, I lean into Narrator to continue, and to muffle my words.

"I love you, Narrator.."
