Your phone rang, making you wake up from your slumber. You had gone home immediately after seeing the horrific things being done to two of your best friends. It had been a hectic night and you hoped to move on and continue, hoping it was all a bad dream but oh boy, it wasn't.

You checked your phone, it was an unknown number. Your heart skipped a beat when you read the words that were being displayed on the screen.

###: Hello, Y/N, don't even think we didn't see you last night. You're next, btw.

You were appalled, to say the least. You tried to brush it away in the hopes it was just a prank or that it would eventually go away, that you would wake up from the horrific dream you were living in.

Cold sweat rolled from your forehead as you headed for the door.

"Yongie, I'm out!" You called as he looked at you confused.

"You aren't going to eat?" He asked as you shook your head.

"No, I'm not hungry." You said as you faked a smile.

"Fine, but make sure you eat well the rest of the day then." He warned as you nodded.

"I will don't worry." You said as you closed the door behind you.

You took a deep breath as you got closer to the gates of the place you liked to call hell. This time, it was more nerve-wracking. You were scared, will you be able to see Hyunjin and Anaika again?

You walked towards your locker, expecting to see your two friends there, but of course, they weren't. Your heart dropped, you swear you could hear it break. You sighed as you walked towards the lonesome compartment and stuffed your books there.

To your surprise, Jaehyun was there, leaning in the locker next to yours, which of course, was his own. You opened your mouth to speak but soon renounced yourself, you weren't friends anymore. You pursed your lips into a thin line as you softly closed your locker door and looked at the boy next to you with a sad smile.

He vaguely returned the smile. It was like he forgot about your friendship from one day to another as if the memories just vanished away completely, leaving not even the slightest trace behind. It broke you, even if it wasn't supposed to. You chose to do it, it was your choice to fall in love, it was your consequence to break.

You walked away, trying to suppress the tears that were starting to form.

"Don't do this to yourself, Y/N" you mumbled to yourself as you walked to Anaika's locker, hoping to find her or even Hyunjin there. You soon broke into a smile when you saw Anaika's figure leaning against her locker.

"Anaika! I thought I lost you, oh my god" You gasped as you hugged the girl in front of you.

"What do you mean?" She asked as you just stood there, astonished.

"You were kidnapped... Don't you remember? Did they let you go?" You asked as she looked confused.

"I don't know what you're talking about." She responded as you looked just as confused as her.

"But I saw you, and Hyunjin, being taken away?" You muttered as she tsked and grabbed your hand.

"You must've been dreaming, Hyunjin is fine, we texted this morning" She reassured you as she led you to the classroom.

"Oh, okay then." You mumbled, completely dumbfounded.

The day went by, but you didn't even pay attention to it. It felt so real, it couldn't just be a dream. But if it wasn't a dream, how come Anaika was there? And how did Hyunjin text Anaika if he was supposedly kidnapped?

Many questions ran through your mind as you opened the door to your apartment. You threw yourself in your bed as you took out your phone to text Hyunjin. You wondered why he hadn't gone to class, and you also wanted to check up on him.

Me: Heyy

Hyunjin: Hi

Me: Is everything alright?

Hyunjin: Yes, why?

Me: You didn't come to class today

Hyunjin: I was just not feeling well

Me: Are you feeling better now?

Hyunjin: Yeah

Me: Oh that's good, you're coming to school on Monday right?

Hyunjin: I'll try

Me: Well, I'm glad you're feeling better, I had a weird dream last night in which you were being kidnapped lmao. It has been bothering me all day but since I now know you're okay, I'm feeling better. Do you maybe want to hang out?

Hyunjin: I can't, sorry, maybe next time. Right now I'm spending time with my girlfriend.

Me: Oh, okay, I'll leave you to it then, bye.

You gulped as you abruptly turned off your phone. Your hand trembled as you left the object on your small bedside table. Cold sweat slowly trickled down your forehead as you nervously traced patterns on your mattress. Hyunjin couldn't be with his girlfriend... He is gay
