After a very bad sleep, you woke up the next day. You felt uneasy, it was unusually quiet in your home so you felt lonely and unsafe. You sadly sighed as you finally got up and headed towards a printing shop so you could print out some missing signs.

You secretly hoped he could have gone missing but not because of the mysterious group, even though you had all the proofs in your hands, you just wanted to think he was safe. You had plenty of papers in your hands, tears welled up in your eyes with just the thought of not being able to see him again.

You ran to the park you used to go to very often, reminiscing all the memories you had made there. You breathed in the air, trying to calm yourself down. It was bittersweet how that park could hold so many memories ranging from sweet picnics and games to the last time you had talked to Jaehyun.

You sighed as you started to hang missing signs of your brother, it hurt seeing him on paper, especially if it said "missing" in big red letters. Your throat burned because of holding back all those tears. You wanted to seem strong, in his eyes you always were.

But he wasn't there anymore, and it hurt. You always acted strong because of him, because he believed you were. And you didn't have anyone to believe in you now. Your vision eventually turned blurry, just because you didn't want the tears to fall. You hang one last missing sign in the last tree you could find as you admired his features in the picture.

Coincidentally, that tree happened to be your favorite. It was the tree you and Taeyong had planted a very long time ago when you were kids, and where you used to hang out quite often.

"I know you can't hear me, and I'm probably crazy to be talking to a tree." You said as you sat down before it. "But Taeyong, if you're out there please come back safe." You begged.

Even if you knew it was basically impossible, he was not anywhere near. Your heart ached as your finger traced his image on the paper. You ran a finger through the ink, just as you would do if it was his hair.

"Taeyong, it's only been a day and I already miss you, please come back" You mumbled as the first tear started falling.

"I know you want me to be strong, but the only thing that keeps me strong it's you, and you're gone" You ranted as if he could hear you.

You didn't want to, you tried to hold back your tears, but it was too much to bear. You broke down, burying your face in your hands. The tears just seemed to fall nonstop and you hated that. You hated the fact that you were so vulnerable.

You felt eyes on you, you felt as if everyone was looking at you. And you couldn't blame them, you were talking to a tree only to proceed to break down in front of it. To the passerby's eye, you could be going insane.

You felt so weak and naked to the world, everyone now was seeing you at your weakest and you were not even bothering to hide it. You took a deep breath as you uselessly wiped your tears away. You cursed under your breath as you got up from the ground, wanting to head home.

You dusted off your clothes, putting your strands of hair to cover your swollen crying face. Your hands made it's way to the pocket of your hoodie, Taeyong's hoodie to be exact. You still had some other missing signs that you planned to hang on other places, so you fixed the stack of papers as you walked out.

You were dumb to not look up, you didn't want anyone to see your face but that cost you bumping into something, or let's just say... someone.

"Shit, I'm so sorry," You said, without even bothering in looking up to the person you had bumped into.

You leaned down, trying to pick up the papers that had fallen. You sniffed as you picked up the last paper, only to realize the person had not gone, they were still standing just in front of you.

"Um..." You were about to excuse yourself when the mysterious person cut you off.

"Y/N?" You heard. You wanted to slap yourself, you recognized that unique voice so well, and you cursed yourself for it.

"Yes? Jaehyun?" You replied, hiding your face in your hoodie even more.

"What happened?" He asked, you were now facing the other way.

"Not that you even care..." You muttered as you just handed him one of the flyers and walked away before he could say anything else.

You walked to your house, not that there was anywhere else you could go to. The sun was already just starting to set, so you still had some time before it went dark out. You sighed as you closed the door to your empty apartment. The echo reminding you that no one was there.

You headed towards the bathroom, taking a short warm shower to refresh yourself and take your mind off things. You washed your face with cold water, hoping it would help to reduce the swelling. You decided to take a nap, you were tired after everything that had just happened.
