Part 31 | I'm still waiting Shu

The days were going well after that as it turns to years. All of them were already losing their hope that a certain Yeh Shuhua would come back to them but not all of them were losing their hope.

There is still a certain engineer Seo Soojin that's ready to wait for her love to come back. Four years had come by and it's already winter. She stayed inside of her office doing some work although it's already past her shift.

Her door flew open revealing Miyeon who was holding some plastic bags containing some foods. "You should eat too you know." Miyeon muttered as she places the food in front of Soojin.

The two eat silently as Miyeon started to start a conversation. "So how's your day?" the older asks as she sips on her iced coffee. "Same as always nothing's change ever since then." the younger answered as she looks outside the big glass pane. It has started to snow. She wished she could watch and experience the first snow with Shuhua beside her.

"Let's take a walk after this." Miyeon suggested while clasping her hands together. "Aren't you and Minnie unnie going to see each other? It's the first snow." Soojin asks as her eyes were still glued outside thinking of somethings or should we say someone.

The two walk down the street with their hands inside their own coat holding a hot pack to keep them warm. Soojin can see her own breath in fron of her as she exhales.

The two sat down on the bench enjoying the night and the cold weather. The park was silent as the lamppost were thw only light. "Unnie she'll come back right?" Miyeon glance at Soojin as she put her attention on her hands.

Soojin has been asking the same question when the first snow will fall down. "Soo just stop. She will never come back." Miyeon whispered.

Soojin looked at her with her sad eyes as the engineer was trying to fight her tears from falling. She still believes in Shuhua and she can feel Shuhua will come back. Miyeon just want Soojin to be back to herself ever since that happened Soojin became hard on herself always working until late at night, sometimes forgetting to even eat so Miyeon would always stopped by Soojin's workplace to eat with her and make sure that she's really eating her meal.

"I believe in her. She'll come back." Soojin said while looking at the sky filled with stars with tears streaming down on her face.

Soojin leaned her head on Miyeon's shoulder as the older hug her tight. "I know no one can ever replace Shuhua but I want you to stop being hard on yourself." Miyeon wiped Soojin's tears away.

"Are you ready?" a feminine voice asks her as she smiled widely at her. She has never felt so good.

"I'm ready to feel her in my arms again." the pale white girl muttered making the seraphim to chuckle at the angel. "Remember you maybe experienced being trapped for about four days but you were gone for almost four years Yeh Shuhua. That room is where your fears are hidden and the time was also your fear." Shuhua's smile faltered.

"Don't worry Seo Soojin's still single and sadly she's waiting for someone who's as white as my clothes." the seraphim teased as the maknae glared at her.

"Now go before someone I kick your ass out here by myself." the seraphim threatened.

Shuhua watched at how Soojin cried on Miyeon's shoulder. She sadly smiled at the scene in front of her. She was standing a few meters away from where the two was. She was hesitating to walk to them so she instead walk away and decided to just visit and see Soojin first thing in the morning.

As much as she miss the latter she doesn't want to break the moment the cousins were having. She walkes through the street with her signature green shirt. Her white coat was the one warming her up.

"I'll be seeing you tomorrow my love." Shuhua whispered through the air not knowing that someone was actually following her from behind. She winced in pain when she felt someone smack her head.

"What the fuc-" Shuhua was about to punch whoever it was but she widens her eyes seeing her unnie standing in front of her emotionless. 'I'm dead' she thought.

"Yeh fucking Shuhua. Why are here just now?" Minnie wanted to laugh at the maknaes face but she prevented herself. Before Shuhua can ever answer her question she was engulfed into a hug by Kim Minnie.

"You idiot we miss you especially Soojin. I wanna kill you right now for real." Minnie joked as Shuhua hugged back. Minnie was actually standing not a few meters away from Miyeon and Soojin awhile ago because Miyeon called her to pick them up when she saw the idiot standing from afar watching the scene also.

"Welcome back Yeh Shuhua." Minnie said happily while patting the younger ones head.
