Chapter 11

(A.N.) Errrrmm...so I uploaded 3 chapters and I re-read everything fixed my mistakes... didn't realize it had so many and some were just stupid.. but yea :)

Seth's POV

It's Friday and it's almost lunch time, Zach said he had something important to show/tell me. He's been busy after school everyday because the trial is tomorrow but he made it up to me by sitting with me and my friends at lunch even Dylan and Kai joined too.

The only bad thing is my dad is flying in tonight and staying at our house until after my rape case was closed. Joshua hasn't been to school since Monday. Surprisingly no one who heard me yell at him started any rumors.

As soon as the bell rang I was being dragged out of the classroom by Zach. We headed straight to the cafeteria. We waited until there was a lot of people then Zach stood on top of one of the tables and told me to join him so I did.

He whistled loudly and got everyone's attention, "I have something to tell you and show you all" with that he grabbed my hand and pulled me to him and his lips crashed down on mines. I was so shocked that I didn't kiss back right away, but believe me I kissed him back. When he broke away I was blushing like crazy and Zach was too, a little bit but he continued to talk, "I love Seth Peterson! I'm bisexual I always have been but I kept it a secret because I was afraid of being judged by my own classmates and friends but I'm not afraid and I'm not going to pretend that I don't like Seth because I do like him a lot no I love him" he got down off the table and I was still, frozen he just said he loves me?

I got off the table and pulled his face to mine, our lips were a couple millimeters away from each other and I said, "I love you too" and kissed him softly at first and then we kissed harder. I heard the cheers coming from around us and the couple of boos coming from ignorant assholes.

We pulled away and sat with Christy and my friends, Dylan came and sat with us, my fingers were locked with Zach's.

"So is it official now?" Christy asked sounding bored.

"Depends on what Seth says. Be my boyfriend?" Zach asked.

I was speechless so I just smiled and nodded and kissed his lips. One of the happiest moments in my life I could show affection to Zach in public.

Zach and I held hands as we walked home with Christy she kept getting texts from I don't know. As we walked I kissed Zach's cheek and he gave me lazy smile.

"So how are you feeling?"

"Why does everyone ask me that!" I glared at Zach and sighed, "I feel pretty good can't wait for tomorrow I guess".

"You sure? You seem a little...nervous.." he said.

I glanced at Christy and she was watching me she knew why I was nervous, because of my dad,"Well who wouldn't be nervous having to go up in front of people and say that you've been raped..." I mutter the last part and frown.

"Awww babe it's okay" he said and turned to face me and kissed me gently on the lips and continued walking.

Christy kept silent still texting.

"Hey who are you texting?" I asked her.

Her face turned slightly red, "Errr..." she looked at her phone and then back at me, "no one..."

I tackled her to the ground and she squealed, "Get off me! I'll never tell you neveeeerrr!" she squirmed

I grabbed the phone from her and saw she was texting Brent, "Ooooooohhhh Christy has a boyfriend Christy has a boyfriend! Wait! Holy shit! Hubby since when were you gay?!? Gaasssssp!" I exclaimed.

She started to giggle, "Wifey I've always been like this. But daaaamn he's so sweet and kind frick he makes me wanna break up our fake marriage ".

I gasp, "You what!?!!! You wanna break up with me for him you mean bitch!" I pretended to cry, "you would break us up just to be with him?.." I 'sobbed' "but I didn't break up with you and I'm with Zach" I wailed.

She giggled, "Shut up Seth ! I love you okay sheesh no need to cry I won't break up with you" Zach just chuckled .

I'm glad that they were distracting my thoughts away from my dad. I took Zach's hand in mine entwining our fingers. He looked at me and smiled sweetly at me, I returned the smile.

Not too long after the three of us walked into my house considering the door was unlocked. We made our way to the living room to watch tv my hand still locked with Zach's. I stopped dead in my tracks, quickly pulling my hand out of Zach's grip as I froze my eyes going wide with fear, my face turning pale. I tried my best to hide the fear as I watched my dad sitting in the armchair.

"Surprise!" my mom said walking into the living room with Steve, my stepfather, "Your dad came in early! He wanted to surprise you"

And surprised I was...also speechless and a little scared. He cleared his throat and stood up taking a step towards me. I flinched an took a step back, I felt Christy's hand on my lower back stopping me from moving back again.

"Son have you not missed me?"

I gulped and forced a smile on my face, "of course I missed you" I said and gave him a hug. I'm so scared... He hugged me back squeezing me a little too tight...I couldn't breathe but then his grip released me and I went back, standing next to Zach and Christy.

"This is my best friend Christy and her brother, Zach...my boyfriend" I said shyly glad that my voice didn't crack. I saw the flash of anger, disgust and hatred in my fathers as he watched me and Zach. I felt sick to my stomach he was glaring at me. Oh my word please please please don't make me stay home with him alone.

My mom smiled, "Well Steve and I are going out tonight so you and your dad can spend some time together"

I nodded and my father smirked evilly but I was the only one to notice it.

I'm officially scared out of my mind. The protection of my own home was now gone.
