It was a week now after Izuku being accepted in Shiketsu High and being Hatsuki in the West. His uncle's been getting information on small time villain groups. A group that his uncle handled said to him that if they don't find Hatsuki, they'll be beaten to a pulp by a sort of mindless creature. They wouldn't tell what, which was a bothersome to the duo.

Izuku walked in Shiketsu with him holding tight onto his schedule. His class was in Class 1- C. Confused on where to go, he asked a Second or third year student that seem to have his appearance covered entirely by light brown hair, with no distinct features besides his eyes. Izuku gathered all of his courage to ask him for directions of where to go.

"U-uhm, excuse me but do you know where is Class 1-C is at?" Izuku asked his grip on his schedule tightening. "You must be a first year! Sure, I can show you where. I'm a second year in that class. Nice to meet you! I'm Nagamasa Mora. And you are?" The polite second year asked Izuku. "O-oh! Um, M-my name's I-izuku Midoriya." The greenette replied back with a small smile.

"Now, follow me, I'll be leading you to where your classroom is. You're lucky that it's still early in the morning. The school gets crowded up by students during 7:00 am." Mora said, Izuku listening to him while following behind. "U-um, Mora senpai? I don't mean to offend you but, a-about your quirk, is it from y-your hair? Y-you don't need to answer it if you're u-uncomfortable!" Izuku stuttered between his question.

Mora laughed lightly. "Yup! My quirk is called Extend-o-hair. I can manipulate the growth and movements of all of my hair. Like armor myself from big rubble. Though, it can get annoying at some times since my hair can get tangled up in places." Mora finished and both of them found their way in front of Class 1-C. "Well, it was nice talking to you Midoriya!" Mora said, going off to the other direction of where they went.

Izuku inhaled first before opening the door, but before he could do that, he first put on his dull-looking face that his eyes being put on to the word, 'emotionless' even though he's literally panicking inside. He opened the door to be met with only one student.

He had buzzed, dark brown hair and black eyes. Both eyes met each other. Black ones to dark emerald ones. Izuku broke the eye contact and proceeded to go to his own desk. But before he could do that, he was met with his classmate standing up with his back straight, arms on both sides, and his face filled with determination. 'Oh, if only I had the courage to have that kind of expression.' The greenette thought.

"Hello fellow classmate! It is a pleasure to meet you in this early morning of our first day in Shiketsu! I am Inasa Yaorashi! Nice to meet you!" His classmate or known as Inasa said with a booming voice. Izuku narrowed his eyes to Inasa. "M-my name is I-izuku Midoriya. N-nice to meet y-you too." Izuku replied back.

He sat at the last row of the desks, beside a window. Inasa sat in the middle row, also beside with a window. Izuku decided to nap while waiting for the bell to ring. He was glad that his classmate didn't bother him, considering he had  a full nighter of patrolling around the abandoned streets in the stigmatised areas.

Time skip

"Hey, hey! Midoriya-kun? Are you awake yet? It's lunchtime already!" A hand was waving in front of the greenette's eye of vision. "Huh?" Izuku muttered, trying to regain his vision after sleeping. "Oh you're awake! That's good! It's already lunchtime! I knew that it would be rude to just wake you up, but our class just ended and our teacher just dismissed us!" Inasa informed the shorter.

"Wait. I've been sleeping for the whole. TIME?!" Izuku exclaimed in panic. "Yup! But none of us seem to mind it though! We only introduced ourselves and some rules and regulations! So you don't have to worry anything!" Inasa concluded. Izuku breathed out a sigh of relief.

"Well, let's get going now, then!" Inasa said, dragging Izuku with him to the cafeteria. Izuku was too tired to care so he let it be. When they reached the cafeteria, they got their lunch and went to a vacant table. Izuku only wanted bread and some soup and water. "Oh, and Inasa-kun, about earlier in class, did our adviser say something about me?" Izuku asked Inasa while taking a bite of his bread.

"Nothing much. He just said that you were quirkless and told us not to underestimate you, considering you ranked 4th place in the entrance exams. Everyone seem to not hate you though! Not to mention, I myself, was astounded! You must be an adventurous type of person!" Inasa exclaimed with passion. Izuku was shocked to say the least. He looked down on his tray of food, with a sad but small smile.

Inasa looked across to his classmate. "Midoriya-kun? Was there something bad that I said?" Inasa asked with concern. "N-no! Of course not.. I'm just... glad that none of you seem to be against me considering the status of me being quirkless. All my life I was mistreated, misunderstood and discriminated for it." Izuku said lowering his gaze. Inasa's face turned to a happy one to a low-spirited one.

"Well, you don't have to live that kind of life now Midoriya-kun! Shiketsu High gladly offered you to be a student here, considering you are quirkless! Our class didn't have a face nor complaint of you being quirkless either! Our teacher stated that you get the picture on becoming a hero and a heart of gold!" Inasa proudly said, Izuku's eyes shining with amusement.

"You really made my day better Inasa-kun!" Izuku happily told his classmate. And he did something that he haven't done for years. He finally smiled, a smile that indicated he felt safe again, a smile that showed he had trust in the person, and a smile that held the meaning of being one of his true smiles that was never forced.
