LTY 43: Clasp

Jeonghan's POV

Yanika asked us if we're okay and we responded fine.

Thank God she's fine.

I have to use my all my strengths to cover and protect her from the weight of the others and I guess it worked.

We just laughed to the multiple falls but and I finally lead and saying, "Okay guys, we have to start over again but this time we have to do it slowly but surely. We have no time to waste." I'm a bit frustrated but I have to stay calm because I needed to.

I hate when I use too much power in an activity. That's why I don't do much physical activities because I don't have the stamina for it.

I guess my temper is going to be tested much in this game, oh, I remember in the entire day and the rest of the retreat, I mean. I became the leader because I was voted for it and this isn't good because I'm carrying way too much responsibility on my shoulders. And in addition to that Joshua has been clinging with my wife since yesterday. I find that real awkward, I don't know why.

Does he really like my wife that much? Just why? I mean Yanika perhaps doesn't know that yet, most probably.

Finally, after five tries we have succeeded to finish this station. "Hyung, I will carry Yanika noona. I know you are tired," Dokyeom volunteered immediately after finishing the game.

"Is it okay? I'm really sorry for being a burden," Yanika again apologizing. "No, it's okay noona and it's part of the game," DK comforted her and I just nodded.

"Can I carry her next?" Joshua asked permission while looking at Yanika so dearly.

"No! protect the treasure," everyone looked at me when I said that.

"What!?" I asked because they were giving me that eerie look. Everyone was just weird today. Yanika rode Dokyeom's back while Joshua looks sulking funnily while holding the bag of treasure we got from the previous station.

We were on our way to our next destination given to us which was station 3. And on our way there, Dokyeom was making funny jokes, making Yanika hoot hysterically. She's brightly smiling like the sun. Haven't seen that genuine smile in a while.
