Chapter 21

"Where do we meet?" Liam asks Madison through the phone, laughing. "Okay... right... bye."
"Where?" Zayn asks, combing his hair in the bathroom.
"Outside the hotel," Liam says. A few minutes later, when we are ready, we all go out and wait for everyone to arrive. And when they do, they arrive walking. Keanna and Madison are pushing each other, Carter seems to be explaining something to Tanya and Josie, and Anna and Ethan are laughing about something.

Though, behind all of them, there's another girl. Blonde, shorter than Keanna, and... similar to her. Very similar. She's looking at her phone with a frown and walking dumbly as she's not paying much attention to anything else than the screen.

"Hey!" Ethan exclaims, waving at us.
"Hey," we say.
"Do you think we can fit in the van?" Keanna asks, giggling.
"We would need very good tetris techniques," Louis says, "which we don't have."
"We just thought of how we were going in halfway here," Madison says, laughing.
"Hey, this girl behind me..." Keanna turns to see the girl behind her. "Hey, I told you to leave that phone!"
"I... in a minute," the girl says, biting her lip.
"In a minute? You said that a minute ago," Keanna says, but the girl doesn't moves. Keanna groans. "That's it. Everyone, now, give me your phones."
"Huh?" Tanya asks, confused.
"Why?" Carter asks.
"Because, as Niall said in the morning," she smiles at him, "today is a beautiful day for going out. Not for staring at a stupid phone screen."

She walks to in front of each of us, taking us our phones. When she takes mine, I smile at her.

"It's a cool idea," I whisper. Then, she winks and shrugs, making my heart to beat faster.
"Give it to me Malia," Keanna says.
"No! I am texting Cassie," Malia says, shaking her head.
"Cassie can wait, One Direction can't," she says, making us laugh. "Now, give it to me."

Malia raises her head and looks at Keanna, and then at us. Malia rolls her eyes, smirking, and gives her phone to Keanna.

"Thank you!" Keanna exclaims, smiling. "Now, let me present you, my lovely and technology addicted sister, Malia."
"Hi," Malia says, smiling. She seems much nicer now.
"Let's get going, or the boat..." Tanya starts, but everyone shuts her mouth.
"Tanya!" Anna exclaims, making Tanya's eyes to widen.
"Boat?" Zayn asks.
"Boat? Who said boat?" Ethan acts.
"What's a boat?" Josie continues.
"Is boat even a word?" Keanna asks, furrowing her eyebrows and smiling widely.
"You are making it more obvious," I say, making them laugh.

"Okay you move there, in the back seat, there you go!" Liam exclaims. We are all trying to fit inside the van, as we are thirteen people.

Ethan sits in the driver seat, very comfortable. Josie and Tanya both sit next to him, as they are really thin. Here, in the back, everyone could perfectly fit in the sofa, unless me.

"Where do I go?" I ask from outside the van. Everyone laughs.
"In the floor Styles," Louis says. Well, at least the floor is soft.

Ethan laughs and starts the van. He looks back at me and smirks. I roll my eyes and close the van's door.

"Ethan!" Keanna says, taking out something from her bag. The bag was orange, matching her yellow dress and orange flats. "Put my CD."
"It's a new one?" he asks.
"Yes," she says, smiling.
"Good, because the other one was annoying," he says.
"Hey!" she exclaims, kicking his seat as she was next to him. Ethan laughs again and puts the CD.

We keep talking all along the short trip, though I identify each of the songs.

We arrive to a bay. Small boats are everywhere. Some are full with people and are already moving. Others, are empty and are tied to the ground.

"Uncle Dan!" Carter exclaims, stepping into an empty boat with the name of 'S.S. Queen'. "Hello?"
"Carter?" a rough voice says. Then, a man in his mid-fifties gets out of a room in the boat. "Carter! Hello! You brought friends!"
"Hello Dan," Ethan says.
"Ethan!" the man exclaims, giving Ethan a handshake.
"You remember me?" Josie asks.
"I remember you all, kids!" Dan says, laughing. Then his eyes move to us. "Well, unless those guys."
"These are some new friends," Anna says, smiling.
"They are in a popular band," Tanya says.
"Popular band! That reminds me of the times I was with my band," he says.
"Did you had a band, too?" Malia asks, surprised.
"No, I just wanted to see your expressions," Dan says, laughing. "Present them to me, so we can go sailing."

"Everyone, get in!" Dan exclaims. We cheer and get in, sitting in the multiple seats, enough for all of us.

Then someone pokes my arm and I turn. I see Keanna in the chair in the right side of mine, smiling.

"I haven't sailed since a year ago," she says.
"I haven't sailed since... I don't remember actually," I say, making her laugh.
"But you have already been in a boat, right?" she asks.
"A couple of times," I say, smirking. "Haven't you seen Midnight Memories video?"
"No," she says, laughing.
"Well, in that video there's a scene in which we get in a boat," I say. "And there's also another scene in which we got up in a bridge."
"A high bridge?" she asks, surprised.
"Kinda, yeah," I say, and her jaw goes open.
"You are kidding, right?" she asks.
"No," I say, laughing. "I could have fallen in the ocean."
"Wow! Show me the video!" she exclaims, jumping in her seat.
"Okay, give me my phone," I say, laughing. She gives me my phone from her bag. I unlock it and open Videos. I select the Midnight Memories one and give the phone to her. As it starts, she laughs.
"Oh, Louis," she says, laughing that much that my phone almost falls. "There are you, Harry!"

I appear in the screen, starting the song. I smile, remembering how fun was the shoot day in which we filmed that.

"You look like rockers," she says, smiling.
"Is that something good?" I ask.
"You look nice," she says, looking at me. Oh no, her eyes are sparkling again. That's my weakness. My heart races. "Oh! Liam fell!"
"Like his drunk times," I say.
"I remember," she says, then she frowns at the screen. "You are riding... motorcycles for old people?"
"That's not so rocker, right?"
"Right."

"Damn Harry, you are very brave," she says, smirking. The last lyrics of the song ending. She locks my phone and place it back in her bag.
"Thank you," I say, smiling.
"Why did you got into that bridge?"
"Because we thought it was fun."
"I would have vomited or something," she says, laughing.
"It's not that bad," I say. "Maybe someday we can go there."
"If we go somewhere someday," she says, smiling, "I want it to be on the ground."
"Like a picnic?"
"Is Harry Styles inviting me for a picnic?"
"For a date."

Where did that came from? Damn it Harry.

"A date? When?"
