"We lost a number of people from this tragedy. The infected came through a hole in the walls. We should repair that soon. In the mean time, we gather here today to mourn for those we lost. Because of ths apocalypse, so many people that we cared about, loved, has died." Murphy said at the funeral. I know Katey is in one of those coffins. People everywhere were crying. Half of those people in the coffins were probably family to them. "We will never forget what these people did for our community. Thank you." The funeral ended there. It was the next day. It was snowing more which made my mood more like shit. I was holding Lee.
"I will never put you in danger." I said hugging him. "Clementine." He said. I smiled. Tears came to my eyes. It was silent in the room. Only Lee and I were in the room. Everyone else was out doing their own thing. The silence broke when Abigail came in with Ellie and Sarah. "This is where we live daily." She said. I put Lee on the couch and stood up. "Hey Clem. Sorry about your friend." Sarah said. "Thanks." I replied. Jake then came into the room. "Jake!" I said happily. "Sorry, can't stay I gotta get somethin', for Ken. Shit! Shit! Shit where is it?" "What are you looking for?" I asked. "Ah ha, there it is!" He said. "Look I'd stay and talk to you four but Ken and I are doin' something together." "See you later then." I said. "Later. Shit!" He almost tripped.
It was pretty funny. Sarah, Ellie, Abigail and I all burst laughing. I was glad to see Jake in a strong relationship with Kendra then seeing him kill bandits, and I guess what Joel calls them hunters, 24/7. I mean he's been taking care of us for so long he never has a break.
