It's been roughly about one month since the wolf boy attacked the city. Almost everyday everyone was talking about him and discussing who he is and what his quirk could be. So many people thought it was an animal quirk, while others thought it was a lighting quirk. There was talk about him having more than one quirk but the idea of it wasn't even possible. Rather the thought of having more than one quirk seemed rather hypothetical. There have been a few sightings of him seen throughout the city which spread like wildfire all over the internet. Each time the Hero's showed up to fight him, he simply ran away as he only fought in defense of himself or whenever he felt threatened.
After the first encounter All Might had with the boy, he had his friend Naomasa try to track him down. When he tried to extend his hand out to the boy after the device was destroyed, the look on his face burned into his mind as though he was scared. Despite most of the Heros wanting to capture him and make him pay for his crimes, he wanted to save him. Right now, he's meeting his friend while not in his hero outfit as his real name was Toshinori Yagi.

His real form is kept hidden from the public as he didn't want people to lose faith since he is the Symbol of Peace. The day after fighting the boy, he asked Naomasa to find anything thing he can about the boy. At first, Naomasa was a bit confused by this but after what he explained along with his own personal interest, he decided to look into it as best he could. After walking through town a bit he eventually met up with Naomasa at a restaurant that had a table for them.

Naomasa: Hey Toshinori. Said smiling. Over here.
Toshinori smiled as he walked over to the table.
Toshinori: It's good to see you again. Said taking his seat.
Naomasa: Likewise pal. You doing alright?
Toshinori: For the most part. Did you find anything about him?
Naomasa: Not a whole lot, unfortunately. I can't do a full investigation without having a starting place.
Toshinori: I see. Sorry for making you do all this.
Naomasa: It's alright. Said smiling. To be honest, I'm curious about him myself and just who exactly he is.
