Attending the Wedding of Your First Love - Jungkook (BTS) x Reader - Oneshot

You never really wanted to come but here you are standing with the rest of the crowd. Your eyes roamed around the place where the event was happening. People were laughing, white flowers scattered around almost everywhere, and then your eyes found him. He was smiling from ear to ear as he stood near the altar. He was talking to a few friends of his. And for a moment, his eyes caught yours. It seemed that everything stopped for both of you as you held each other's gazes. A thin smile formed on your lips as you made your way towards him.

"Hi Jungkook," you tried to keep it simple and didn't want to breakdown in front of him.

"Hi Y/N," he nervously said.

He excused himself from his friends and walked closer to you.

"This..." He took a deep breath before continuing, "Thank you so much for coming."

Honestly, he didn't expect you to be here. He never sent you the wedding invitation because he knew himself, that he too wasn't prepared to see you.

"Did I scare you?" A soft chuckle came out of your mouth. You didn't want to make it more awkward between you and him so you tried to laugh.

"No," he quickly shook his head.

Your appearance almost made him speechless. Your thoughtful eyes, your long black hair that was now tied into a bun, your rosy cheeks, your cute nose, and your small but soft lips. He could not deny the fact that he missed everything about you.

"Congratulations," you spoke, getting his attention.

"Ah-yeah, thanks Y/N."

"Your soon-to-be wife is so lucky to have you."

"I guess, I could say the same thing to your soon-to-be husband."

You simply smiled back after hearing his words and told him that you were going to find yourself a seat.

Flashback: Three Years Ago.

"Yah! Jeon Jungkook!" You screamed your lungs out. Your boyfriend was making a mess in your lovely kitchen. And yes, you were now both living under the same roof after two years of dating.

"What is it?" He innocently asked as he turned around to your tiny figure that was standing behind him, with your hands on your waist.

"Look what have you done!"

"Y/N," he calmly said before letting out a giggle as he studied your reaction. You may be looking mad right now, but to him, you look cute and adorable.

Then, he carried you and put you on top of the counter. His arms hugged your waist, while his face was buried on your tummy.

"I will always love you Y/N, no matter what happens," he looked up and met your eyes.

"I will always love you too my Kookie"

Timeskip: Present Time.

"Do you Jeon Jungkook take Kim Hana as your lawfully wedded wife?" The priest looked from the woman wearing a stunning white bridal gown. This was the first time that you've seen her. Kim Hana.

"Yes," Jungkook answered as he held the woman's hands.

"And you Kim Hana, do you take Jeon Jungkook as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."
