Chapter 7

Hiccup's POV

I wake up, still shivering. I shout out of bed before I remember what had happen last night. North, Tooth, Bunny and Sandy had explained things for what felt like an eternity.

The moon had whispered to all of us and I believed it. My teeths started chattering, but I realized it wasn't only becouse I am still cold after yesterday and becouse we are at the North pole. I'm scared. Maybe not so much about Pitch Black, also what my father would say. My earthbending had destroyd so much and maybe even hurt someone. And I had just disappeared without being able to tell him. I could basically feel the hits right now.

I hear Jack snore in the other corner of the room and I know that is what I'm most afraid of: Them not accepting me, someone of them getting hurt... Or them beliving in me. I have never had friends.
Surprise, surprise. I'm a freak. Skinny to the bones with bruises and cuts everywhere. I can't defend myself from bullies and much less my own father. No, they would never accept me. I just want this fight to be over with as soon as possible.

I couldn't sleep on the entire night but clearly Jack could. He slept like it was his first time in a bed and not a floor. Finaly I hear a knock on the door.

"Oy, mates! Breakfast is served. Shouted Bunny throw the door. Jack just turned around in his sleep and then accidently roles out of it. He hits the ground and mills "Pitch you!" I chuckle a little when he look up and realize it was a dream. He looks back at me and I feel me cheeks heat as I look away.

"Good morning" Says Jack with a smile and stretches his back.

"Good morning" I say an smile as of an impulse. We both get dressed and walk down the hallway. We walk throw an open door were we can hear the girls talking.

"Morning boys, I... But Hiccup stop chatter your teeth, you worn them out!" Says Tooth when she flyes over to me and Jack. I lock my jaws together, i didn't even realize I was still doing it. I see how Merida smiles over to me. We sit down at their table.

"Wow, nice hair there" Loughs Jack when he see Meridas un bruched hair. "It looks like a birdnest!"

"Well atleast I didn't fall out of bed like a three year old" Merida smirked. "We could here you scream from here!"

Rapunzel chuckles and I can't help but smile. I see Jack smile too. I wished this moment wouldn't end but then North calls: "Okay, now let's start your training!"

Jack's POV

"So first thing is that we need to know your elements. They seemed to kick in the moment Pitch started with his plan. Hiccup, you must be earth and Merida fire. Rapunzel, Jack?" Asks North.

I think about yesterday. I had felt something in the back of my mind like when I moved the rain moved with me, and I was exhausted when the rain put out the fire on the tree.

"Water." I said firmly. I could feel Hiccup look a bit uneasy on me and I realized I was the one almost making him drown. "And ice. I'm sorry for that in the school Hiccup, I didn't know I did something. " I say apologisely. He just nods.

I feel a little bit ashamed. He seemed very nice and I almost made him drown.

"And I must be air" announced Rapunzel. "It seemed and felt like it was kind of following me."

We all stood there, knowing we had caused all the trouble.

"Was anyone hurt?" Asked Merida breaking the silence.

"We don't think so. The fire, storms and earthquake aswell as the moon suddenly disappeared when we sent you here." Says Tooth.

I let out a sight of relief. Nobody seemed to be hurt. Except for the school. I couldn't help but hope for us to get free days from it after we have won over Pitch. I mean wow. We destroyd the school.

"Okay then. Who wants to go first?" Asks Bunny. "I can." I answer.

"Right. Take a death breath and think about what you are going to do." Says Tooth.

I breath in, out and...
