Alice Windsor recently moved into the rich neighborhood of Greenwich, Connecticut—much to her distaste—with her parents, who have just inherited a large sum of money from a recent death within their family. Her bland and normal life suddenly changes into one full of glitz and glam. Everything seems to be new, expensive, and rapidly changing. As her life flips upside down, Alice can't help but feel like it's spiraling out of control, especially when she meets her new neighbors, who manage to immerse her into an even crazier world of adventure, money, and scandals, along with a bit of young love.
