"I-...HELL YES!" tears pooled out of my eyes when he scooped me up. He spun me laughing and crying. When he set me down he kissed me and got the ring to put on my finger. But his hands were shaking so much he dropped it with a "shit!"

I laughed and cried while he looked in the sand " got it!" once he got a hold of the little bastard he put it on my finger.

I looked at the ring covering my mouth with my hand. Both of us were crying when we kissed again.
" oh my darling" he said. After a moment he jumped. " oh I forgot to give you something!" I didn't even know what more he could give me but he pulled out a lavender gun.

" What's this for?" I asked. " I told you I was going to teach you how to fight, we will start with pistols at the range but I thought you would like this one."

I blushed at his thoughtfulness. He knew I didn't feel safe alone. He knew lavender is my favorite color. " Thank you, baby. I love it." he chuckled and pulled me into him for a kiss. " alright sweetness let's go home."

Hand in hand we walked back to the car. On the drive home I went to post a picture of my ring but I remembered I have no one to show it to. No one but Darren to share the news with.

I need friends. When he is gone I feel so lonely I just- no! None of that! You just got engaged and this is a happy day!

I shook my head to clear my thoughts. " You ok babe?" I smiled at him and nodded. " Yup! All good." he chuckled and grabbed my ringed hand, pulling it to his lips to kiss.

When we got home we went to the kitchen to have a drink. The soft sound of music played over our speaker. " white or red?" he asked " Tequila " I smirked.

He chuckled and went to the cabinet "Tequila it is" after pouring our glasses, we went in for a toast. " To my queen and future wife." I giggled and rose my glass as well." to my favorite hunky pain in the ass!"

" Hey!" I quickly clicked his glass and and took it. Quickly drinking his. " You little-" I ran around the counter giggling as he lifted me up by my waist. Spinning me around he showered me in kisses tickling my neck.

When he pit me down I pulled him in for a kiss. Soon we began to sway to the music slowly.

His hands were on my hips and mine on his shoulders. We looked into each others eyes and kissed. Every once and a while he would spin me and I would laugh. When the song ended, he picked me up bridal style.

I wrapped my arms around his neck. " I'm sleepy" he pulled my head closer " I know baby girl, just a little longer ." by now it was 11:11 and I was exhausted.

When we got to the bedroom he helped me into some PJs after he took off my makeup. Once my teeth were brushed we were ready for bed. I made grabby hands and he carried me to bed.

" Daddy has to work tomorrow so don't be scared if I'm not there ok?" I nodded and cuddled into him.
" I love you. " I could feel his smile on my head. " I love you too princess."

Sleep took me in the arms of my love.

HEYYY I HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE THIS EPISODE!!💖💖💖💖 MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I made my ma a embroidered canvas of us on the day of her retirement from the military! Buuuuuut I made it super hard to open with duct tape zip ties bubble wrap chains and padlocks etc.
