Life savers (a Rhett and Link fanfic)

February 4th

Months had gone by and Sophie and Link were still friends. Link was still very uneasy and shy around her.

"Um... Sophie.....?" Asked Link.

"Yeah?" Says Sophie.

"Do you wanna...... hang out sometime?" Asked Link uneasily.

"Oh my gosh yes!", exclaimed Sophie,"I'd love to!"

"How about tomorrow at the park?",Asks Link thinking she'll say no,"Five o'clock?"

"Sure!" Says Sophie.

"Okay! I'll text you later! Bye!" Says Link as he walks away.

"....bye" says Sophie as she waves.

*At Sophie's house*

Sophie recieves a text from Link saying: Hey! Are you still coming tonight?

Sophie texts back: Yep! I can't wait! :)

Sophie takes a shower. She then gets dressed in a pink short dress, a white beanie, and red heels. She puts on her makeup and then curls her hair.

She puts on her white gloves and leaves the house. She walks to the park in the snow.

"Hmmm." Says Link as he looks at his phone.

Sophie runs through the snow and sees Link sitting on a bench. She waves to him.

"Liiiiink!" Sophie yells through the snow.

Link spots Sophie struggling towards him. He runs to her.

"Sophie!" Link yells to her as he runs quickly to her.

Link finally reaches her.

"Sophie!" Says Link.

"L-Link!" Says Sophie as she shivers.

"C'mon. Lets go sit on the bench underneath that tree." Link says as he grabs Sophie's hand.

They both walk to the bench and sit down.

Link looks into Sophie's eyes.

Sophie thinks, Omg.... his eyes..... make me feel like I'm in paradise.. They are beautiful.

Link takes his dark green jacket off and puts in on Sophie's shoulders.

"Here.... you need it.",Link says as he smiles,"Umm... uhh... um..."

Sophie moves closer to him. She lays her head on his shoulder.

Link puts his arm around her.

Sophie recieves a text.

"Oh Link. I gotta go......",says Sophie sadly,"Sorr-"

"No! Its okay! Well..... I guess I'll see you later?" Asks Link.

"Okay. See you at school tomorrow! Bye Link!" She gives him his jacket back, waves, and walks away.

Link waves back.

"Bye...."
