Adrian Nielsen
I opened my eyes slowly and turned my head hoping to see Leah but no, she was nowhere to be found. I got up and went down immediately and found Louis, Leah's father.
"Good morning, Adrian. Coffee?"
"I'm sorry but have you seen Leah?" I asked as I looked around.
"Leah is going to buy some food for us with Lee. Coffee?" He asked again.
"Yes, please." I said as I walked towards him to the kitchen.
"Leah couldn't sleep last night and we talked till morning."
"Sorry, I fell asleep." I said as he gave me a cup of coffee.
"I understand, you looked like you haven't sleep in years too." He said and I turned to the clock to see that it's 1 p.m.
"I'm sorry for waking up so late." I said and he chuckled. He patted my shoulder and walked away from the kitchen. I heard a car honk and Louis told me that it must be Lee and Leah. I put my coffee down and jogged out from the house.
Leah and Lee were laughing as they got out from the car. Leah saw me and she smiled. She walked to me and gave a kiss on my cheek.
"Did you just wake up?" She said as she caressed my cheek.
"Bought you some food." She said and we both walked towards the car. I helped with their groceries and we walked back to the house. Louis started prepare to make food since Leah demanded her father to make her some food instead of eating the food that she bought.
My phone rang and I quickly ran upstairs to Leah's room. It was my brother Leo and usually he never calls unless it's important.
"Hello."
"I heard you're in Seattle, Adrian. Mother wanted me to check on you." Leo said and I looked out the window.
"I'm fine."
"Oh really? Then why don't you come downstairs." What the fuck?! I ended the call and went downstairs. I walked towards the front door.
"Adrian, what's wrong?" Leah followed me and I peeked through the window. I can't believe that this bastard King is here.
"My brother."
"What? Which brother?" Leah asked as she peeked with me. Without any warning, Leah opened the door and she greeted my brother politely. I looked at him disbelief.
"There you are, my little brother." He said sarcasticly and I rolled my eyes at him. Leo walked towards me and gave me a big hug. Leah eyed me to hug him but I couldn't care less. He's here for a reason, he usually never the type to check on me since he hates me.
"Dad, this is King Leonardo Nielsen." Leah introduced and I turned to see Lee and Louis' eyes widen. They immediately greeted him politely.
"I'm sorry to interupt your time, I was just checking on my little brother since he.. doesn't.. bother to let the family knows that he's okay." Leo smirked as he patted my shoulder.
"Your Highness, please.. come in." Louis said and I was about to stop him but Leo ended up walking in. Now the whole damn royal guards are standing and surrounding the whole house.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine but I never expected him to come." I told Leah and she chuckled.
"It's fine, he looks.. okay."
"He hates me." I said and Leah raised her eyebrows.
"I don't believe you, come on." She grabbed my hand and dragged me inside. Louis was introducing Leo what he's making in the kitchen. Leo was nice and told them to not to be so formal with him. He forced Lee and Louis to called him by his name and I'm thankful for that.
"Why are you in Seattle?" I asked and Leo turned to me.
"Little brother, I'm checking on you." He said smirking and I shook my head not believing his bullshit.
"My wife's friend opened an art exhibition here and she wanted to check it out so.. why not checking on you too?" He said as he turned to Louis.
"Leo, will you stay for lunch?" Louis asked and Leo turned to me.
"Sure, if that's okay with the rest of you." He said as he turned to Leah and Lee.
"Of course, it's one in a life time experience to eat with the King." Lee joked and Leo chuckled.
"I wish my brothers is just like you, Lee."
"You have another brother?" Louis asked.
"Yes, his name is Carter. Adrian is the youngest child." Leo said and he turned to me smiling evilly.
"Can I talk to you for a second, brother?" I asked and gestured him to follow me.
Leah Morris
"If you get married with Adrian, your kids will have a beautiful genes." Lee whispered but dad could hear it clearly.
"We're not even dating, don't be delusional!" I hissed.
"I was not expecting them to be this friendly." My dad said and I sighed.
"I don't either." I said.
"I never even imagine my daughter would.. make a prince fall in love with her." I turned to my dad disbelief.
"Dad.." I hissed and he laughed.
"What? You two are so obvious, I approve of him already." My jaw dropped.
"You should have make it harder! You should be the over protective dad and brother." I said as I turned to Lee too. Lee shook his head as he grabbed a bottle of apple juice from the fridge.
"I can see Adrian is a good man, I've seen a lot of men that you've dated and they only dated you to get in your bed but not this one." My dad openly said it and I shook my head.
"Unbelieveable." I sighed. Leo and Adrian came back and Leo looked at Adrian chuckling. I don't believe it when Adrian said that Leo hates him. It's impossible. You can see in Leo's eyes that he adores Adrian a lot and he cares for him. Adrian is just being that little brother, the typical naughty little brother.
"It smells good already!" Leo commented and I walked towards Adrian.
"You okay?" I asked and he nodded.
"Did you two fight?"
"No, he's just.. annoying. He wanted you to come to dinner tomorrow and meet my sister in law." Adrian said and I nodded.
"Okay."
