Meanwhile, Eileen and Elinor searched through the garden. It wasn't a huge one, but it had little nooks and crannies for hanging out, with the group or alone. Perfect for reading and tiny private picnics, that no one was going to arrange because, why would you do that when you have a real chance of physically seeing Dimash. At least that's what Elinor thought about this area and I think most Dears would agree with that sentiment.

To their dismay Earthee was nowhere to be found, so they decided to take a walk around the house assuming Earthee had gone out. There wasn't much to see out there. it was a straight road next to the path that had seen no other motor vehicle other than the bus that came to pick them up or drop them off. That and all the trees and bushes. "It's like the house is inside a little forest, I liked that part the best, until tonight," said Eileen. Elinor was silent for a moment before she replied, "It's still good, it's just the night and darkness, playing its tricks on us."

"Do you think we should report this, when we get back home," asked Eileen. "We don't know what happened, for all we know Earthee had an emergency, so she left." Just that moment both their phones pinged at the same time. Elinor looked at hers first. "Finally! We are on the intranet," Elinor said with a mock excitement. "At least we can talk coordinate better now." Said Eileen still walking in a straight line, her shoulders hunched and looking at her own feet. They kept walking for some time and said nothing while raking their brains for clues that might lead them to their answer. "Where could she have gone, she wasn't feeling well because of the whole thing in the forest-" Eileen stopped mid-sentence, both the girls looked at each other, turned around and before that second passed they started to sprint back to the house, that was the first place they should have checked.

Daniella and Sammy, decided to go back downstairs after walking every inch of the roof, checking inside the laundry room and even inside the washing machine. Daniella could not understand the logic behind the third one but did nothing as Sammywent through the Empty machines. She also said nothing when Sammysuggested they leave the light on when leaving the room other than, "That's a waste of energy Sammy, just keep ruining my sweater, its less wasteful." Sammywas a bit embarrassed about acting like a brat but was thankful that she was with someone who was patient, friendly and didn't take her too seriously. "You are only joking because you don't know about the Djinsz," said Sammy. "I think I am about to know" Daniella said with an amused look on her face. "They are made of fire, possess women they fall in love with and make them lose their minds, well, not all of them. Some of them are nice while others are not, just like people," answered Sammyas if it was a widely researched topic. "Yup, you definitely learn something new here, every day. Let's go back, they probably found Earthee chilling in the game room." Said Daniella taking the lead, as Sammycontinued to disfigure her sweater.

Once downstairs they found Lindsay and Shelly, sitting on the sofa waiting for the rest of them and any news on Earthee's whereabouts. Shelly turned around when she heard the footsteps but for some reason did not look surprised as the two of them came down without Earthee. "She is probably on a walk somewhere or had an emergency, so she had to go back," said Daniella as she sat next to Lindsay on the sofa. Their phones pinged in Unison as Sammysituated herself on one of the floor cushions. "Yes! We are on the intranet." Announced Lindsay. "Try Earthee's number, "instructed Shelly only a second before Daniella's phone pinged. "Elinor says, they are going into the woods to look for Earthee," she announced. "Isn't that where we should have looked, in the first place, Earthee loved that place, there was even a bench beside a well and streetlamps over there." Lindsay stated with a hint of exasperation in her voice. "We should move out as well. Meanwhile you call her," said Shelly getting up from her spot and moving towards the door. The rest of the girls followed suit. Lindsay called Earthee, it ringed for a while but no ine picked up. She decided to keep trying.
