So much has changed for Zelda in the 100 years that she kept Calamity Ganon at bay. However, nothing could have prepared her for Link's new... personality. The Link she had known all those years ago, hardly ever spoke, even after they had become friends. Now though, he will happily talk to anyone they run into. And Zelda has to admit, she likes this change very much. (I don't own cover)

Ayila is the elder sister of the goddess Hylia. She goes back in time to before Ganon took over to show everyone their future.

She didn't always have to fight Sometimes the Calamity would just stop, and in those moments, she was able to understand why Or; Zelda, battling the Calamity, thinks of the stories she grew up with

One week has passed since the defeat of Ganon. Link has taken Zelda to his home in Hateno to recover from her century long fight. With their largest threat handled, they can finally grieve for all that they have lost. Family, friends, their kingdom, and most importantly their fellow champions. As they work together to rebuild Hyrule, Zelda begins to slip into depression from guilt on that fateful night so many years ago. While she slips further beyond, the kingdom marches towards their rebirth. Paya, the daughter of the Chief of the Sheikah helps with the rebirth of their new country while Zelda instead looks into the resurrection of the old. Link has sworn to protect the princess of Hyrule. He has put his life on the line countless times in order to protect her. But what happens when Zelda decides to dive into the darkness, abandoning her people in order to chase ghosts? Is Link responsible to protect the person, or the person who holds the title?
