We had been diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder in 2016. We also think we most likely have DID due to amnesia and very clearly having had alters since the age of 7 (That's when the worst part of the extreme repeated trauma was happening). The host found out about the alters in 2018, while a couple of the alters knew about the host from the beginning. We have a psychiatrist who gives us medication and takes blood tests (For Schizoaffective, Insomnia, and Depression), but the one time our host had the nerve to share her concerns, she was cut off and told to talk about it another time. We have tried to see a therapist, but that possibility is currently elusive. Funnily enough, a past therapist once told the host (Host thought she was a singlet at the time) that sometimes she notices different voices and slightly different accents and the host had NO idea what she was talking about and INSISTED "I know I am one person. I would be the first to know if I had an Identity disorder" LOL. We also have a sister who a few years prior had asked "Do you think you might have multiple personalities? Because sometimes it REALLY seems like it." The host shut that down very quickly at that time. Our phone storage is getting full now, and we would like to journal things here and there, so we r using Wattpad. We are The Babe Salad System: A system of 3 ladies. We are in the process of getting a diagnosis for a dissociative disorder, specifically DID or OSDD. This is mostly for our sake and our friends/partners sake but if you're interested go ahead.

Random musings. I have my babies and my partner. So life is good right now :) I have my wonderful family and my crafty / gaming side and they keep me going too, when the kids are at their dads. I was inspired to write by my friend. I also had been thinking of it for a while. I suffer a multitude of health problems as well as mental ones. I suffer anxiety, BPD (borderline personality disorder) androgynous depression , anxiety as well as Dissociative disorder, (THE DD is the scary one to me) I have to keep myself busy or i fall into depression and...the back ground noise starts. It usually if i were in a good mood, wouldn't matter. BUT combine that and a low mood and it affects my whole balance. I am not writing this in "please help me" i;m writing this to better understand, raise awareness and also a sort of diary to myself and family. I am going to be open and honest, I hope that you are too if you feel ready to read this. Ta'rah for now any way, Jess x
