I thought it was a Canis Lupus. I was wrong, he was so much more than that. *~*~* It was an ordinary Saturday morning and I was on my way to visit my grandparent's house. The sky was blue, the leaves were green, the road was gray and all that usual stuff. But then, something happened. Do you know what did? Well, I'm going to tell you anyway; My car broke down. The worst part? It's beside the woods. And we all know what's in there. But what I didn't expect was the huge Canis lupus that stood at the edge of the waterfall, gazing at me. Warning: incomplete and rough story ahead.

Only she hadn't counted on there being a vampire-equivalent at Roke, with a pissed-off king that will hunt her down and kill her for this blatant provocation. War of the fangs, with laser beams, and a bit of romance.

In "A Faulkner Season" two boys are sitting on a dock, fishing away a chilly autumn day. Their hands are on the poles, but their minds are on the choices that lay before and behind them. Behind them is home and the abusive father that they know and fear. Before are the wheat fields on the far side of the fence, unknown and uncommon. This is the story of the boys making that decision. A choice that weighs more than either boy may realize.
