Katarzyna (Catherine) is at an age where life is supposed to settle into predictable patterns. According to the novels, adventure and romance are for the young. Devoted to her career, she embraces a solitary lifestyle-working remotely, living alone, and finding companionship only in her loyal dog. She envisions spending the rest of her days just like this. But fate, it seems, has other ideas. She's suddenly thrust 100 years into the past and crosses paths with the eccentric Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. This fateful encounter sets off a chain of events that will forever change the perspectives and destinies of one confirmed bachelor and a modern woman. This story is inspired by Kenneth Branag's portrayal of Poirot and the character of Katherine (the photograph), and will describe some events from both Christie's books and Branagh's films (SPOILERS!) while being faithful to neither.

A not so subtle parody of the two infamous detectives, Hercule Holmes however has his own methods. Tobacco pipes, magnifying glasses, boutonnières, he has got all the things a detective needs (except maybe a destined chronicler). So come along and watch as he goes on his adventures, solving murders and robberies in the most ridiculous fashion to finding his very own and much needed arch-nemesis. Ruth, a wealthy, oft-married socialite, is worried that something is very wrong at Stony-gates, the Victorian mansion where her sister, Carrie Louis, lives with her husband Lewis Serro-cold. She can't explain any real reason for these worries, but she fears that Carrie Louis may be in danger of som kind. Ruth asks Miss Marple to visit hr and find out what is going on.

Elizabeth Tipton: the woman with everything. When Betty Tipton receives a threatening note, she takes upon every precaution possible. With a dozen constables by the spotlight, it's almost impossible for anything to happen, but once murder occurs, chaos arouses, and while Inspector Gleb is thrown into confusion as he struggles to deliver the truth, Hercule Poirot is already collecting the facts.
