I will rant about two things in this book. The movie and fan fiction. Do not read this if you are not a mphfpc fan. These are cliché things that I want to point out. All of their other friend were stuck with the wights and hollowghasts. Stuck without their friends they struggle to find a place were Emma could stay so she doesn't shrivel up into dust in a couple hours. But the stranger that let them in is way different than they expect. You could say she was 'peculiar'.
