Delilah spends an abundance of her time admiring and educating herself about nature. On a spring day as the ground begins to thaw, nature is just starting to emerge back to life from the browns and grays. Delilah falls through the thin ice of a brook that runs alongside one of her favorite walking trails. Delilah finds herself surfacing in a new woods full of lush, abundant wildlife and greenery. The most vibrant flowers come even more in bloom at Delilah's very touch, and animals approach her; unafraid and welcoming.
