I need to get this off my chest. I don't know how long I have before I'm caught and silenced. I was cursed to endure another man's life. I despised what I saw- and continue to see. It's disturbing at best, and the government continues to cover it up. I can't afford for this to go unheard. I can't let my story be waved aside as the ramblings of a mad man. Dropped off with their quirky aunt for the holidays, three siblings discover there is real magic in the world. Kate, Sophie and Ava Darling love spending their vacations with their aunt Chris. They love a good adventure and aunt Chris always takes them on one. Ava the youngest Darling swears that the forest behind her aunts home is magical. For years she's believed that the wind whispers to her, and this summer the magic has truly come to life. Afraid to tell the others Ava takes midnight adventures into the forest by herself, each night the magic grows stronger. When her most favorite place becomes threatened by a dark storm will Ava have the strength to tell her siblings about the magic? Or will she try to fight it all on her own?

When Deidre trips and hits her head at work, she's knocked unconscious. However, when she comes to, she's no longer at the diner. Instead, she wakes up in some sort of pod with a voice reassuring her that the Simulation has crashed and will start up momentarily. Minutes later, she's back in the diner with a nasty concussion. After her experience, Deidre begins to wonder if there's more to the life she's grown to know. Enter Calum Prince, who lives states away and also woke up outside of the "Simulation". When these two young adults find each other by chance, they decide to join forces figure everything out and wake up for good, going against everything they'd been taught to know and believe.

We're all just stories in the end. I suppose this one is mine.
