Subjugation Stories

This isn't a poem I wrote. It was written by Lea Knowles on Allpoetry.com. But I thought the poem was really amazing and asked if I could share it. He said yes so now you guys have the option of reading it too.

In a realm where the relentless sun reigns over endless dunes, a shadow looms, cast not by clouds but by the iron will of a single man-Profeetta. Amidst the whispering sands, he crafts a new order, Lähetys, a doctrine veiled in divinity but forged in the fires of ambition. As the desert submits to his rule, the winds carry a chilling silence, the harbinger of a world ensnared by the grip of a despot's dream. This is not just a tale of conquest, but a saga of souls ensnared, a world where freedom is the currency of the past, and fear the air they breathe. The desert's heart beats under a tyrant's throne, and its pulse spells a warning: even the mightiest storm can be swallowed by the sands.

This book consists of poems written by me. It's poem about love, hatred, heartbreaks, subjugation, loneliness, a soul that longs for help and healing and motivation to those that want to give up . Life is full of lot of turbulence we just have to keep moving. Xoxo ❤️❤️

This, to avoid, uh...catastrophe? damnation? nobody really seems sure anymore. If he had it his way, he'd never answer to another god ever again. But reluctantly, he has led a party down to the Austral, a mass of forest region south of his booming empire, to retrieve the last virgin from the Apathe, a defeated people indigenous to the continent who were driven south in exile by Verod's grandfather. But virgin sacrifice is played out, right? That's why when he hears a tale told by two Apathe trackers about a legendary animal that supposedly walks the Grey Forest, a stag with blood-stained antlers, he jumps at the opportunity to offer the mountain god something a little different this time. Besides, nobody was really sure this Apathe woman was what they said she was.

NY00132, just like all the other farms, is a place for uninteresting, normal people who never do anything unusual. Altus Menda doesn't tick any of those boxes. If it wasn't obvious already, he's a mistake and he knows it. Not only does his name label him exactly that, but he also frequently experiences Memory Shards that deteriorate his social life and general mentality. Throughout his life, he's dreamed of being normal, which is the most he could ever dream for. But when he correctly predicts that a giant wall will emerge from a hole and block off the exit to his farm (which isn't a usual occurrence by anyone's standards), everybody's outlook changes. What is going on behind the scenes? And how is Altus Menda, the 'big mistake', involved in it?

Bioterrorism and Retroviruses. In fiction, that usually leads to zombies, but the tails and muzzles are a giveaway that something did not quite go as expected. Divan has a hard enough time figuring out what he wants to do with his life after deciding against professional sports, but when a bomb blast infects him and his family with the so-called Dyer virus, turning them Furry, it gets even worse. Struggling to figure out how to survive his new life and the challenges that come with it, he now faces trials that he would never have thought existed as what remains of humankind surprises and disappoints him over and over. One Dyer Wolf can't change world. But one attitude can.
