It is hoped that the so-called British Orbital Highway will be one of many orbiting carriageways that will be surrounding entire countries such as the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. With it now open to the public, a special promotion of the opening is arranged. With the Tracy's of International Rescue, Lady Penelope and Parker Creighton Ward mansion, and the Spectrum officers aboard Cloudbase eagerly watching, disaster strikes after the Mysterons announce they attempt to blow a hole in worldwide rescue operations.
