    For Aala AbdulMalik, her home is hell personified.
    
    In a house where words were left unsaid, promises broken, and hearts bitter from ages of disappointment, being her father's 'mistake' was her biggest regret.
    
     It didn't help that her family members blamed her for jinxing their happiness, and so, hated her. Thus, she was hidden in plain sight from the world that itched to know everything about the illusive AbdulMalik family, for no one airs their dirty laundry in public.
    
    When her stepmother finally decides to get rid of her by marrying her off to the highest bidder-The Son of the President of Nigeria, everything changes.
