The Serial Killer of Kennoxie

Kennoxie, and the surrounding area, has been plagued by a serial killer since 1886. There is no rhyme or reason to the killings. No one knows who will be next; it could be the sweet little old lady next door or the most popular girl in school. The McGatlin twins have spent the majority of theirs lives hunting down the serial killer that has haunted their town almost since the moment of its inception. The identity of the serial killer is a must. The survival of the town depends on the McGatlin twins' ability to figure out who the serial killer is. Emotions run high as they hunt down clues that leads to the serial killer. Conflict threatens as the McGatlin twins have to make a hard decision. Should they turn the serial killer over to the cops or let the one person who helped save them from the horror of their childhood go?
