The Rise and Falls of Melody Wilson

Melody has had to grow up quickly. With the death of her father, her mother has become an alcoholic and her brother a wandering stray that only comes by once in a while. But with the return of a childhood family friend, her past is flooding around her and filling her with emotions she thought were long gone and with a hope that things may change for the better.
