17 year old Issac is the the strongest of his team, Delta Team, however an incident that happened two years ago has come back to haunt him. The ghosts of the past land Issac into a situation in which he, and his team have never encountered before, causing him and his team to suffer that which no one wishes to go through. After this fateful night Issac is enrolled in a special school due to his childhood friend Scarlet after she gives a world renowned speech in newspapers around the world. Issac's world is shaken to it's foundations when he finds out that first, this school is a combat school for the underground bounty hunters such as himself, and second, everyone there has a bounty on their heads.
