Most of you know the story of Katniss and her experience with the Hunger Games, but what about the other tributes. What happened to them after the Games? Obviously, most of them were dead and sent back to their district, but happened to the ones that still had a few odds in their favor. The ones with a lot of emergency surgeries could still survive. The Capitol started doing these surgeries during the first Quarter Quell when they realized that maybe the now "dead" tributes could help them with a lot of tasks. That was the case for a secret pair of star-crossed lovers in the 74th Hunger Games. Their surgeries were taught but they managed to keep the two district two tributes alive. The tributes that have been brought back from the dead were put in a Country outside of Panem that only the government of Panem knows about.
