This is a coming-of-age story about a group of mermaids Emma, her friend Kurtis, two princes Troy and Thomas, and Emma's adoptive Mireya. This story is about how they all grew up in the ocean off the coast of Maine and how they all suffer from growing up to fast together. The time period is the 1990's and early 2000's.
