In the prehistoric ruins of Earth, now overruled by the first dinosaurs that man has ever seen. Scientists and creators of these genetically engineered dinosaurs by the name of Dr. Blanc a harsh and cruel dictator  kills off and captures people to become part of his sinister army. Seventeen-year-old Thana managed to survive Dr. Blanc's attack on her village and is now orphaned with her pet Sabertooth Tiger, Saba. Years later, Dr. Blanc is still on loose. Thana bumps into a group of kids who she then confides in order to defeat Dr. Blanc and his evil army.
