Catastrophe (MCR)

Frank Iero is a schizophrenic.
A distraught, lonely, socially abnormal man.
In his insane mind-set, he consults his psychiatrist for help.
He is told to buy a pet.
Dr. Toro believes having a pet can help Frank relieve some stress, and maybe even some him of his loneliness.
Luckily for Frank, on his way home from his psychiatrist, he finds a stray cat at his bus stop, and decides to make him his pet.
But what happens when that cat starts to... talk?
