Prisoner Three two eight has been in the Arks prison known as the Sky Box her entire life. She was unlucky to be birthed a twin, forcing her parents to choose between a boy and a girl, obviously choosing the latter.
In the Ark it is a crime to have more than one child, punishable by death. When prisoner One twenty eight is chosen to be one of the 100, a group of teenager under the age of 18 that will be sent down to earth for the first time in 97 years after a neuclear apocalypse destroyed life on earth as we know it today.
Who we are, and who we need to be in order to survive are two very different things, will she survive,
or will she go down in flames?

Or Aspen Valet had been anticipating for the day she'd turn 18 and the Council would float her for her crimes, only to find herself aboard a dropship with 99 other delinquents heading towards Earth. Tensions run high, trust is scarce, and survival is far from guaranteed. Thrown into a world none of them understand, the hundred must decide what's more dangerous-the Earth beneath their feet, or each other. Survival isn't a given. On the Ark, having a second child is illegal. Which can result in the parents of the second child getting floated, and the second child being locked up until they were old enough to get floated too, leaving the first born without a family. At least, unless you were one of the privilaged. Abigail Griffin knew the rules, so she wasn't entirely pleased when she found out she was pregnant with a second child. Her first born, Clarke, wasn't even a year old. When she and her husband confessed to the Chancellor, a close friend at the time, he gave them a choice. Basically, it was either kill the unborn child, or let her live her life with her family until she turned twelve. Once she turned twelve, into the skybox it is. The Survivors
Kali Freya was one of the longest prisoners the Ark ever held, 18 years. Kali is 22, she was supposed to be floated four years ago, but for some reason she never was. She's had three trails proving her guilty of her crime and yet nothing has happened to her. What was her crime you may ask, setting fire and damaging one of the life-support systems at four years old. This has caused Chancellor Jaha multiple problems, one being that now the Ark is dying and floating his best friend, Jake Griffin. Days before her next trial, Jaha sends her to the drop ship, allowing her to go to the ground as one of the 100, so she can't cause anymore chaos on the Ark. Once on the Earth she faces trials unlike the ones from the Ark, as she tries to survive as many as she can. People get in her way though, most importantly, Bellamy Blake. This guy doesn't know when to quit, he constantly pushes Kali to her limit, adding on to that, she faces near death multiple times. Among the Dead
The Ark was dying, its Oxygen supply running out. With little options left the council decides to make a hasty decision to send the prisoners from skybox to the Earth's surface. Not only would sending the hundred give them time to fix the oxygen, but to see if the ground could once again be called home. When the hundred land on Earth they find much more than they bargained for. Not only do they discover the safety of the air but that they were far from alone. There were grounders, survivors from the bombs, and the living dead. Will the delinquents survive alone with the walking dead? After her 21st birthday, which marked her fourth year in the Skybox, the council made a decision. They were going to send 100 delinquents to the ground as an experiment to see whether the level of radiation was survivable or not. In doing so, they managed to sentence almost all of them to an untimely death that was almost inevitable. With the idea of freedom, Hailey knows that she is never safe and that if weaknesses are shown, someone will use them against her. Will she be able to overcome her emotional and mental walls, even if it means that she'd be vulnerable? Being on the ground will change Hailey in ways that the people on the ark would never expect. She will find a better version of herself. Hailey will become what she was always meant to be, a warrior. A strange-looking contraption is seen rapidly falling from the sky. Its descent was calculated and precise...until it wasn't. Halfway after entering the green and blue planet's atmosphere, it started burning up, rendering some of its parts unusable. Inside this burning contraption are a bunch of...kids. These kids numbered a hundred, have ages ranging from 12 to 17. And as for why they are all strapped inside this burning 90-year-old dropship heading to the ground...Well, it all started at the end. Ninety-seven years ago, a nuclear apocalypse struck the Earth, leaving the planet simmering in radiation. But of course, the human race was a stubborn one. At the time of the bombs, twelve nations had operational space stations that they used to house survivors. Later, these twelve stations banded up and merged, becoming the one we now know as The Ark. For many years now, The Ark has kept what's left of humanity alive. But about a year ago, an engineer discovered a huge problem in the Ark's system. The Ark's life support systems are failing, and it won't be long before they run out of air and die. Hence, the current situation. These kids are being sent on a desperate mission to see if the ground is survivable again. But why kids though? Won't it be better to have the more capable scientists or guards be the ones to take this risk?
