In the year 2020, Julie Adams, a seventeen year old girl, is forced to move to the hills. The hills are a sort of sanctuary for minors, to get away from their daily dangers they would face living with their parents. Dictators have taken over all areas of the world causing more crimes than ever. These include bombings along with daily massacres. The hills are a safe haven from these dangers, it is meant to protect the worlds youth at all costs. This story will tell the tale of Julie, and how she copes with living in a struggling society with only teenagers. Keep reading to find out what will happen to Julie.
